Intro
Miki was a girl of 15 years. She was tall, 5 feet 8 inch's to be exact.Her hair was dark brown, and her eyes where brown as well. Miki yawned an sat up in bed and blinked. She was homeschooled, and so she could sleep in. She looked at her clock beside her bed. It said 12:01 pm. She gasped. She was supposed to meet her friend vallissa at the new jewlery store at 12:15 pm! Miki hurridly threw on a blue shirt and some jeans.She rushed out the door, grabbing her purse and shouting "Bye!" to her mom.She grabbed her bike and jumped on it, peddling so hard she though her legs would burst.At 12:17 pm she got to the jewlery store. "Sorry vallissa." she gasped "I woke up at 12:01 pm this morning.".

Chapter One
"Thats ok" vallissa smiled at her. Valissa was short,only 3 feet 11 inch's tall.Her hair was blonde and her eyes blue.The jewlery store was that sort of shopt that you's expect to see on some fancy lane in new york. The sign said 'Mystical Jewlrey'. Odd. Vallissa and miki entered into the store,looking around. the interior was like that of a art museum. Miki spotted right off a beautiful opal on a copper chain. The price tag said....1 cent?!?!?! She handed it to the shopkeeper. "i'd like to buy this please" the shopkeeper panicked and said "You can have it! just go!" He said pushing her out of the shop hurriddly.Miki stood outside the jewlery shop, puzzled. That man had acted strange. She popped her head into the shop and called to vallissa "Im going to a field, K?" "Ok" vallissa's reply came.Miki thoughtfully peddled to River field, so called because a river ran through it-or long ago it did. No all their was was a long dip in the ground. whith a mysterious crack in the middled of it, big enough for HER to be able to fall in it. She sat down upon a small grayish-reddish rock, and thoughfully rubbed the amulet. She wasnt looking at it, so she didnt notice that it started to glow strangley.A small tip of light extended from the amulet. The light extened all the way into the crack, where it pulled strongly, pulling her to the edge of the dip. The amulet had HER attenion now..The crack filled with light-then blackness then redness.Slowly a dark form climbed out of it.

Miki screamed in terror-it was hidous! horrible! She shrunk back, frightened. But apperantly, the beast could smell her. It turned its eyes toward her and its eyes lit up hungrily.The the crack lit up white, then yellow then blue. -Postive colors this time- she thought.Another shape climbed out of the crack.

She stared at him. She hoped he was the good guy, the 'kinght in shinign armour' or whatever. HE slashed at the demon with his staff. But the demon only laughed, his laugh was raspy and horrble-sounding."Fine. Protect the girl.But dont worry...ill come for you, you and her...."he said disspaering. Miki heard the .....elf....boy...mutter "classic departion lines from a classic bad guy.." Then he saw her. "oops" he said. "Ooops? what oops" miki asked, puzzled for not the first time this day."Ah. nothing. Except a human isn't suppoused to see a de-ah....elf.That demon was the Emporar of Demons...Oppresser of the land of Avlon.Im from Avlon."

"Can you go back to your home...avlon?" Miki asked. "no" the elf shook his head. "even if i could, i wouldent. Sknu is here. Thats the demon you saw....which reminds me...shoudent you be in shock right about now?" he peered at her, puzzled.His words hit her. She saw a freaky monster demon. A elf was right infront of her. She stared at him, then at the gap. "Oh-mi-gosh. this is not real. this is a hallucantion. it must b-" miki was cut off by the elf-boy. "No its not.here, let me prove it to you." the elf-boy said.He grabbed he wrist and tugged her along behind him to the gap. They peered down into it. There appeared to be another world down there! miki reached out to touch it. "Dont!" warned the elf-boy. She touched something, it sent a sharp pin-p***k up her arm. "One. do you think everythings a hallucantion NOW?" miki shook her head. "And two, thats why i cant get back into avlon." miki was silent, then she nodded. "Im miki" The elf-boy introduced himself "Im Alovin,or Av."
10 MINUTES LATER
"Hmmm...well you cant just go walking around town, or spend the night at a hotel here in the farfarfar outskirts of tokyo city..." miki pondered the problem. "Why?" aske Av. "Beacue of your ears, your appearance." miki responed. Av consirded that. "well...thats true..." miki continued thinking for sevral minuetes. "ive got it!" she suddenly exclaimed."what?" asked Av."We'll build you a shelter!" Av just looked at her, with a eyebrow raised. "Uh-huh." "yeah! We can start right now!" she said, smiling."right..." Av said sighing. Miki paused. "Ah. Do you know how to make a shelter?" Miki asked sheepishly. "yeah. come on." Av beckoned her to follow.She follwed him through the field into the forest. He started gathering large sticks. He motioned to her to do the same. She started picking up large sticks.Once they were done, Av looked for a suitable tree. He found one that was an oak, halfway up all the branch's split out and fromed a medium-sized flat area in the middle. Av put some down and started putting the sticks on the side and the top. Miki had ran quickly back for two old blankets andsome food and handed them up to him.Av looked at the sky. Their adventure had started at 12:20 am. It was now 2:00 am. "You'd better get home. Your mom may worry. It was after all, only a trip to a jewlery store." Av said. Miki had told him the whole story."Yeah" Miki nodded and waved bye. She ran off out of the forest and hopped on her bike and peddled home. Av sat and stared after her for some time then lay down. Miki propped the bike up against the brick wall and went inside her home.
Miki's house:
"Hi mom! Im ho-ome!" She yelled. Her mom jumped, she had been in the kitchen which was right by the front door. "Oh sorry mom." Miki said while picking up a choclate-chip-cookie and munching on it. "Miki. You have homework to do." her mom reminded her. Miki sighed "yeah, yeah i know. Ill go do it" miki went up to her room and sat down at the desk.
Miki's room:
4 HOURS LATER
Miki yawned, Boy, was she TIRED. She yawned again and her head slumped down onto the desk and four minutes later, a soft snore could be heard.Her mom came in and saw miki was asleep. She smiled and picked miki up and put her in her bed and tucked her in.
A knock on her window woke miki up.She yawned and called out sleepily "justaminute". She pulled on jeans and a t-shirt with a wolf dsign on it.She opened the window still blinking sleepily, thinking it was vallissa.A hunched boy-ish shape crouched on her windowledge.She started to scream but the figure put a hand over her mouth. "Will you please be quiet now?" Asked the figure. "It's me, Av." Miki relaxed and Av took his hand away."come with me" av said quietly. She nodded and climbed out the window and onto the tree branch and then to the ground. "What is it?" she asked. A huge blast behind her answered her question. She turned, and found she could see straight into the hallway. Her room had been blasted out by a bomb. She Gasped. Then she spotted something. "Uh-oh" she groaned. "What?" asked Av. "Mu mom." miki answered. Av groaned too. "Tell your mom to get some blankets and food." miki ran inside and told her mother what Av had told her to tell her. Her mom got the blankets and food, then followed Av and miki to Av's hideout.He had set up another platform. Miki took the blankets and food and put them up there, then she climbed up there and helped her mother up.Her mother was a pretty women, tall and black-haired with brown eyes.Av climbed up onto his platform. "Now." miki's mother-Slyphia- began. "I think you'd better start from the beginning."
Later
As Miki lay down to sleep, her mother beside her, she thought. She thought about Av (she blushed a little) then she thought about sknu (and shuddered). Then, she thought- hey....I'll find vallissa and she if she's O.K. tomorrow. - then miki yawned tiredly, and slept deeply.
The Next Day
Miki blinked and found that she was staring up at tree branch's.Wild thought's rushed through her head as she wondered where she was... then she remembered.As she rolled over to the left, she fell. She landed on Av's platfrom. Av sat up sleepily, blinking and yawning. Miki rubbed her head, embarresed. "Sorry. I fell off the platform." Miki said. "Thats ok." Av said smiling at her, with that miki's heart quickened.Av got up and got some food out and offered her some cereal. She nodded her thanks and ate some fruit loop's.Av poked at his fruit loops, paused, then asked "What is this?". Miki blinked and replied "Fruit loops"."Oh, you dont have them where you come from??" Asked miki. Av just shook his head. Slyphia's head popped out over the edge of the upper platform and called out "oh, you're already having breakfast? I'll be right down."
Slphia munched quitly on her breakfast. She glanced at Av and Miki under her long bangs. "why so silent?Oh...im going to go to a shelter,ok? Miki...you stay here and help Av, ok?" miki nodded, dumbfounded, her mother was NEVER this serious."O...k...mom..." Miki said puzzled. "Now, you young man....take good care of my daughter ok?" Av nodded."Ok" slyphia said then gathered up her bundle and climbed down and running across river field yelling a last "Good-bye!" Miki just sat there puzzled, then slowly reliezed why her mom had left. Why..*.My mum is SO sly...* Miki thought and grinned slowly. Her mom had left because she had thought: 1. she'd be in the way. 2. because miki liked Av, and coudent do get to know Av better(as in what av likes and doesnt like) if her mom had been there.She heard a slow hissing sound. Startled she turned around.
Chapter Two
A three- no five headed snake-huge,too- hang from a branch hissing. They looked venoums. "Av" Miki simply said, afraid. "I see them" Av replied softly, so as not to startle the snakes into hissing. The snakes lashed forward, gripping miki and pulling up. The unfolded wings that she hadnt seen before and flew off. "Av!" Miki screamed. "Miki!" av shouted back, running under the snake. He jumped up, and unfolding red wings tipped with black he flew up hitting the snakes head's with his staff. To no avail. The snakes doggedly flew unwards. When av tried to untangle miki, they hissed and darted a head at him. Then sknu appeared. Miki groaned. Av's eye's widened. "Ah, boy. You havn't figured why i want her do you?" Av just glared at sknu. 'Ah, well you'll figure it out in..oh,say...about a thousend years." With that he dissapered. Av growled with frustaration.

Miki kicked at sknu, and she got a horse laugh in response. Sknu shook her like a dog and said. "Stop." She growled and struggled harder. Sknu was not patient. He shook her harder. Then he glanced up and before he could stop he smacked hard into a wall and was knocked out. Miki quickly wormed her way out of sknu's grasp and ran. Then she heard groaning sounds. Sknu was coming around!! She ran faster and hid behind a huge outcrop of rock. here she was better able to get a view of the place where she was, sknu's 'cave'. Sknu's cave walls where red, not bright red but more like the red you'd see in hair. The floor was bumpy and sharp, it was a dull gray color. In the middle of the cave was a huge 'pool' of lava. Miki shrunk back as she watched the lava leap and bubble.she wondered where did sknu come in? Her eyes travlled until the went up the arch of the cave walls to a small hole. She grimaced. Sknu and her had fit through THAT?

Av slowly sank down onto the cool, dew-wet grass. It was still early morning. He thought Hard. Why HAD sknu wanted miki?He continued puzzling over this...His wings dissapredre as he muttered "Gathar". the spell word to make his wings go away. All he would have to do to get his wings back was say 'Onu'. Wait...could it be something to do with that amulet? Miki had bought it at a jewelry store. So...Sknu must have wanted that amulet. But...then why hadnt he killed her up in the air? Av groaned. This was to much for him. He wasnt a genuis. There was a small thump as Av layed back on the grass to rack his brain some more...

Sknu grinned and shook his head. "Come out little girl....Miki. I'll find you. You know that. So why not make it easier on yourself? I wont hurt you......much." Miki trembled at the 'Much'.Sknu lifted his horrible horned head and sniffed the air like a dog. No, not a dog. A wolf with rabies.Sknu smiled maliciously and turned towards where her hiding place was.Miki thought frantically. How could she escape? Panic overtook her as she heard sknu's echoing footsteps come closer....and closer.... †††
Av sat bolt up.Of course! He smacked himself and fell over. "Ow..." he muttered. Not smart.Miki must have Infomation that sknu wanted and did not have....But what infomation? Av wanted to go after Miki, but how? He didnt know where sknu's layer was. "Ow!" Poor av was bowled over for not the first time that day.A small...puffball.....stood on his lap,grinning. Av was irked. Who was this puffball? He glared at it.The puffball wilted slightly under Av's irked gaze.But the puffball continued on bravely."Im Luff! Im a Gonarf!" Av looked quizzically at Luff. "A gonarf?" He asked, completley forgeting the situation at hand.

Myli sat on the cool grass. She absently plucked a piece of grass and triwled it around in her fingers.She was a elfen princess. She lived in the palace in Myhite.As any elf women, she was tall and pretty. Her hair was black (which was unusual), long and smooth. She was wearing a long dress that was green, dark forest green. Her eyes where gold colored. She had repeatedly asked her father "Why aren't my eye's like other girl's,father?" He always replied evasively. "Because you're special,dear. Now run along, im busy." And she would always protest as she walked out of his office.She glanced back to see if her guardian was looking. Her guardian was named Mrroi. Mrroi was half-human half-beast. He was half-lion. The best sort of guardian.He wore a dark silver tunic, his eyes where pure black. He returned her glance steadily. She sighed and then gasped and asked "Whats that, Mrroi!?" Mrroi turned around startled and glanced around. When he turned back to Myli.....myli was gone. Mrroi sighed. Myli was always running off to explore. He sighed again and walked into the forest which was where myli usually went. The surrounding scenery was nice, the woods to the left-big redwood forest's- the castle on a high rise about a half-mile away, and of course- the cliff. with the sea below....
Myli grinned from behind a big rock at Mrroi's disappearing back that was walking steadily into the redwood forest (Hofj forest). She would finally have the chance to explore the tunnels beneath the castle!
She started running. As Myli ran she daydreamed. She was daydreaming about what she would find in the tunnels only SHE knew about!!! Myli daydreamed about treasure,beautiful,gold,gleaming,shining treasur- "There you are." A rough growling voice said.Myli sighed, dangling from Mrroi's grasp was not very pleasant...Mrroi gently put her down-she was,after all, the princess. the king's one and only child. Myli's Mom had died in childbirth."And where where you of too?" Mrroi asked her. "The..." Myli muttered. "The?" Asked Mrroi, suddenly afraid. "....tunnels....underneath the castle." She muttered again. Mrroi's face was a mixture of fear and grimness. "Come,myli."
Later
Myli and Mrroi entered into the castle. Mrroi told her to go to her room. Myli obeyed silently except for a little sigh that escaped her thin lips.Once again, Mrroi had foiled her attemps to explore without him...
Mrroi silently entered into the king's study. The kings study was a circular room, with bookshelves surrounding the walls. The desk in the middle of the small room looked rather lonely this morning. "Yes,Mrroi?" The king- Hoju- asked without looking up-scribbling on some important paper without looking up as Mrroi entered. Mrroi was silent for a couple more minuets then replied. "Myli...she...knows about the tunnels..." mrroi's rough voice trailed off. King Hoju's black quill-feather halted mid-word and he sat staring down into the paper wordlessly. "How...long?" His voice haltingly asked quietly."I don't know, sir." Mrroi replied. "You are dismissed,mrroi. Go check on myli." Hoju said listlessly.Mrroi nodded and bowed, backing out of the study. The door closed behind him with a soft thump. King Hoju sat back in his soft leather-chair with a sigh. he stared ahead of him without really seeing anything. Myli knew about the tunnel's....
Mrroi climbed the stairs, and once he came to myli's door her knocked. No ansewr. HE sighed and opened the door. Mrroi canned the room. Noone was there....Well...where could she be? No...No! Mrroi rushed out of her room,down the stairs-bumping into a maid and uttering a small "sorry"- until he came to the stone he was looking for and dragged it out of the way and down the tunnel...left....right....staright.....left....straight...ow. He landed with a thump about two feet down. Getting up he looked around and saw myli touching a red portal curoiulsy."NO!" He shouted and tumbled into myli just as the portal sucked her in, and it sucked him in too....

Av flew and flew until he ran into a dead end. Grinding his teeth in frustration, he tried to think what to do.

The demon that was tormenting miki had a silken voice, two black horns, two silver fangs proturiding from his upper mouth and no pupils in his red eyes.
Sknu's gravely voice cut through the demon's glare, "Enough. I want the girl to be there..." The demon turned his all-red eyes on sknu and sighed and said in that silken voice. "Very well" He said dismissively, and shimmered then disappeared. "Come on, girl." Miki, too frightened to do else, followed obediently. He led he down a tunnel until they came out into the big cavern then led her down a different tunnel. "Hello, alovin"

Av whirled around, and luff nearly fell off his shoulder.
"Where is miki!"
"right here." Sknu answered. Then in a blur he was at av's throat and pulled off a necklace of red beads of medium size off. Av screamed. and it seemed to miki that his shape went out of focus. When his 'Fit' ended. He stood as if he barely had the strength to do so. When he staggered upright, miki tried and failed to suppress a gasp. Av wasn't a elf! His eyes where red, without pupils as the other demon's. He only had one horn, the other silver horn was torn off in the middle. His fangs where smaller than the other demons, but not by much...

"Well whaddda we gonna do!" Myli grumbled discontentedly. When she started speaking in 'gonnas and whaddas' and all that, it meant she was really upset.
Mrroi sighed "I dont know." He growled suddenly and paced around. A harsh laugh ran though the field and both myli and Mrroi's heads jerked upwards towards where the sound was coming from...

Miki blinked and found that she was staring up at tree branch's.Wild thought's rushed through her head as she wondered where she was... then she remembered.As she rolled over to the left, she fell. She landed on Av's platfrom. Av sat up sleepily, blinking and yawning. Miki rubbed her head, embarresed. "Sorry. I fell off the platform." Miki said. "Thats ok." Av said smiling at her, with that miki's heart quickened.Av got up and got some food out and offered her some cereal. She nodded her thanks and ate some fruit loop's.Av poked at his fruit loops, paused, then asked "What is this?". Miki blinked and replied "Fruit loops"."Oh, you dont have them where you come from??" Asked miki. Av just shook his head. Slyphia's head popped out over the edge of the upper platform and called out "oh, you're already having breakfast? I'll be right down."
Slphia munched quitly on her breakfast. She glanced at Av and Miki under her long bangs. "why so silent?Oh...im going to go to a shelter,ok? Miki...you stay here and help Av, ok?" miki nodded, dumbfounded, her mother was NEVER this serious."O...k...mom..." Miki said puzzled. "Now, you young man....take good care of my daughter ok?" Av nodded."Ok" slyphia said then gathered up her bundle and climbed down and running across river field yelling a last "Good-bye!" Miki just sat there puzzled, then slowly reliezed why her mom had left. Why..*.My mum is SO sly...* Miki thought and grinned slowly. Her mom had left because she had thought: 1. she'd be in the way. 2. because miki liked Av, and coudent do get to know Av better(as in what av likes and doesnt like) if her mom had been there.She heard a slow hissing sound. Startled she turned around.
Chapter Two
A three- no five headed snake-huge,too- hang from a branch hissing. They looked venoums. "Av" Miki simply said, afraid. "I see them" Av replied softly, so as not to startle the snakes into hissing. The snakes lashed forward, gripping miki and pulling up. The unfolded wings that she hadnt seen before and flew off. "Av!" Miki screamed. "Miki!" av shouted back, running under the snake. He jumped up, and unfolding red wings tipped with black he flew up hitting the snakes head's with his staff. To no avail. The snakes doggedly flew unwards. When av tried to untangle miki, they hissed and darted a head at him. Then sknu appeared. Miki groaned. Av's eye's widened. "Ah, boy. You havn't figured why i want her do you?" Av just glared at sknu. 'Ah, well you'll figure it out in..oh,say...about a thousend years." With that he dissapered. Av growled with frustaration.

Miki kicked at sknu, and she got a horse laugh in response. Sknu shook her like a dog and said. "Stop." She growled and struggled harder. Sknu was not patient. He shook her harder. Then he glanced up and before he could stop he smacked hard into a wall and was knocked out. Miki quickly wormed her way out of sknu's grasp and ran. Then she heard groaning sounds. Sknu was coming around!! She ran faster and hid behind a huge outcrop of rock. here she was better able to get a view of the place where she was, sknu's 'cave'. Sknu's cave walls where red, not bright red but more like the red you'd see in hair. The floor was bumpy and sharp, it was a dull gray color. In the middle of the cave was a huge 'pool' of lava. Miki shrunk back as she watched the lava leap and bubble.she wondered where did sknu come in? Her eyes travlled until the went up the arch of the cave walls to a small hole. She grimaced. Sknu and her had fit through THAT?

Av slowly sank down onto the cool, dew-wet grass. It was still early morning. He thought Hard. Why HAD sknu wanted miki?He continued puzzling over this...His wings dissapredre as he muttered "Gathar". the spell word to make his wings go away. All he would have to do to get his wings back was say 'Onu'. Wait...could it be something to do with that amulet? Miki had bought it at a jewelry store. So...Sknu must have wanted that amulet. But...then why hadnt he killed her up in the air? Av groaned. This was to much for him. He wasnt a genuis. There was a small thump as Av layed back on the grass to rack his brain some more...

Sknu grinned and shook his head. "Come out little girl....Miki. I'll find you. You know that. So why not make it easier on yourself? I wont hurt you......much." Miki trembled at the 'Much'.Sknu lifted his horrible horned head and sniffed the air like a dog. No, not a dog. A wolf with rabies.Sknu smiled maliciously and turned towards where her hiding place was.Miki thought frantically. How could she escape? Panic overtook her as she heard sknu's echoing footsteps come closer....and closer.... †††
Av sat bolt up.Of course! He smacked himself and fell over. "Ow..." he muttered. Not smart.Miki must have Infomation that sknu wanted and did not have....But what infomation? Av wanted to go after Miki, but how? He didnt know where sknu's layer was. "Ow!" Poor av was bowled over for not the first time that day.A small...puffball.....stood on his lap,grinning. Av was irked. Who was this puffball? He glared at it.The puffball wilted slightly under Av's irked gaze.But the puffball continued on bravely."Im Luff! Im a Gonarf!" Av looked quizzically at Luff. "A gonarf?" He asked, completley forgeting the situation at hand.

Myli sat on the cool grass. She absently plucked a piece of grass and triwled it around in her fingers.She was a elfen princess. She lived in the palace in Myhite.As any elf women, she was tall and pretty. Her hair was black (which was unusual), long and smooth. She was wearing a long dress that was green, dark forest green. Her eyes where gold colored. She had repeatedly asked her father "Why aren't my eye's like other girl's,father?" He always replied evasively. "Because you're special,dear. Now run along, im busy." And she would always protest as she walked out of his office.She glanced back to see if her guardian was looking. Her guardian was named Mrroi. Mrroi was half-human half-beast. He was half-lion. The best sort of guardian.He wore a dark silver tunic, his eyes where pure black. He returned her glance steadily. She sighed and then gasped and asked "Whats that, Mrroi!?" Mrroi turned around startled and glanced around. When he turned back to Myli.....myli was gone. Mrroi sighed. Myli was always running off to explore. He sighed again and walked into the forest which was where myli usually went. The surrounding scenery was nice, the woods to the left-big redwood forest's- the castle on a high rise about a half-mile away, and of course- the cliff. with the sea below....
Myli grinned from behind a big rock at Mrroi's disappearing back that was walking steadily into the redwood forest (Hofj forest). She would finally have the chance to explore the tunnels beneath the castle!
She started running. As Myli ran she daydreamed. She was daydreaming about what she would find in the tunnels only SHE knew about!!! Myli daydreamed about treasure,beautiful,gold,gleaming,shining treasur- "There you are." A rough growling voice said.Myli sighed, dangling from Mrroi's grasp was not very pleasant...Mrroi gently put her down-she was,after all, the princess. the king's one and only child. Myli's Mom had died in childbirth."And where where you of too?" Mrroi asked her. "The..." Myli muttered. "The?" Asked Mrroi, suddenly afraid. "....tunnels....underneath the castle." She muttered again. Mrroi's face was a mixture of fear and grimness. "Come,myli."
Later
Myli and Mrroi entered into the castle. Mrroi told her to go to her room. Myli obeyed silently except for a little sigh that escaped her thin lips.Once again, Mrroi had foiled her attemps to explore without him...
Mrroi silently entered into the king's study. The kings study was a circular room, with bookshelves surrounding the walls. The desk in the middle of the small room looked rather lonely this morning. "Yes,Mrroi?" The king- Hoju- asked without looking up-scribbling on some important paper without looking up as Mrroi entered. Mrroi was silent for a couple more minuets then replied. "Myli...she...knows about the tunnels..." mrroi's rough voice trailed off. King Hoju's black quill-feather halted mid-word and he sat staring down into the paper wordlessly. "How...long?" His voice haltingly asked quietly."I don't know, sir." Mrroi replied. "You are dismissed,mrroi. Go check on myli." Hoju said listlessly.Mrroi nodded and bowed, backing out of the study. The door closed behind him with a soft thump. King Hoju sat back in his soft leather-chair with a sigh. he stared ahead of him without really seeing anything. Myli knew about the tunnel's....
Mrroi climbed the stairs, and once he came to myli's door her knocked. No ansewr. HE sighed and opened the door. Mrroi canned the room. Noone was there....Well...where could she be? No...No! Mrroi rushed out of her room,down the stairs-bumping into a maid and uttering a small "sorry"- until he came to the stone he was looking for and dragged it out of the way and down the tunnel...left....right....staright.....left....straight...ow. He landed with a thump about two feet down. Getting up he looked around and saw myli touching a red portal curoiulsy."NO!" He shouted and tumbled into myli just as the portal sucked her in, and it sucked him in too....

Av flew and flew until he ran into a dead end. Grinding his teeth in frustration, he tried to think what to do.

The demon that was tormenting miki had a silken voice, two black horns, two silver fangs proturiding from his upper mouth and no pupils in his red eyes.
Sknu's gravely voice cut through the demon's glare, "Enough. I want the girl to be there..." The demon turned his all-red eyes on sknu and sighed and said in that silken voice. "Very well" He said dismissively, and shimmered then disappeared. "Come on, girl." Miki, too frightened to do else, followed obediently. He led he down a tunnel until they came out into the big cavern then led her down a different tunnel. "Hello, alovin"

Av whirled around, and luff nearly fell off his shoulder.
"Where is miki!"
"right here." Sknu answered. Then in a blur he was at av's throat and pulled off a necklace of red beads of medium size off. Av screamed. and it seemed to miki that his shape went out of focus. When his 'Fit' ended. He stood as if he barely had the strength to do so. When he staggered upright, miki tried and failed to suppress a gasp. Av wasn't a elf! His eyes where red, without pupils as the other demon's. He only had one horn, the other silver horn was torn off in the middle. His fangs where smaller than the other demons, but not by much...

"Well whaddda we gonna do!" Myli grumbled discontentedly. When she started speaking in 'gonnas and whaddas' and all that, it meant she was really upset.
Mrroi sighed "I dont know." He growled suddenly and paced around. A harsh laugh ran though the field and both myli and Mrroi's heads jerked upwards towards where the sound was coming from...
