Remember in the first season... when Claire was almost raped? She woke up a while later during her autopsy, and snuck out. Okay... fast forward, to the most recent episode. She was in the hospital, and they were asking questions about her strange anatomy.
Shouldn't they have been asking why a legally dead girl was in the hospital?

Well they would have no record of her being dead, because in the first season when they found her, she was classified as a Jane Doe.

Yeah she was a Jane Doe.
and the "rape" never went on any record.
and the hospital thing just happened so we are going to have to wait to see what happens with that.

We're talking TV land here, this is why Claire never had to go to court and then jail or do community service for reckless driving. (eg: for what she did to the guy who tried to rape her)

still the 2nd time she was dead in the hospital they shouldve at least had her name and been like "where did she go?" but then again nobody ever askes questions. like when radioactive man exploded and she walked out all yucky looking; could've swore some neighbors saw.

Hang on! Where was the Haitian in all of this? His memory wiping skills must have worked on us which is why we couldn't connect the dots on some people's behaviour, as well as the hospital staff and neighbours and everybody!!!!
