biography:Saiyuu was designed originally as a learning Ai for a new military weapon. When she somehow developed somewhat of a conscience the attempted to delete her. She had then developed a minor sense of self and decided to bury herself in another program. When she was later discover by a computer hacker that in turn became a civilian employee with the Dpei. the rewrote her programming slightly to fit a better use for them and created a sister program for main base. Despite the fact that she is an Ai she has a distinctive personality and the fact that she can manifest herself as a hologram is making her long even more to be a human being. Even though she knows it is a dream that cannot come true.
