Weapon: Tonfa Fans: Sharp edged and easy for both ranged and close quarters combat. One has a brick red border on it while the other is a bright teal color both representing his element.
Power: Temperature: Capable of changing the air to as hot as fire or as cold as Ice, or both in unison. His signature style involves wielding his fans where the red one is on fire while the other one is snowy and frostbitten. His hair color along with the earrings he has change color whenever his emotions are either hot or cool.
Bio: Xelcan was born with a terrible curse that has plagued his male side of the family for generations: Men that are born in his family are born with no heart. Without a heart. He is simply an empty vessel searching for purpose. The only way he can have the feeling of having a heart is to pretend he has emotions when on the contrary he is completely empty inside.
Xelcan has lived a life searching for a heart that he can call his own, whether he tries to murder, study humans in hopes of making his own, or even trying to get into a relationship, which has never happened. He has even gone to disgustingly desperate matters, like eating a heart. Xelcan is deduced to only pretending to show feelings. He doesn't even know why he tries: so people will show pity and perhaps try to help? So he may force himself into receiving a heart through violence? These questions never answered.
Xelcen remains a wanderer, forever in search for a heart, or that special someone that will make him feel like he has a heart...
Personality: As stated before, due to the lack of heart, Xelcen is unable to truly feel emotions and is resorted to pretending to feel emotions. Which he is in fact good at, seeing how it is needed to activate his Temperature power. Besides the fact that pretending to feel is needed to use his powers, he finds it absolutely necessary if he is ever to find a heart he may call his own. And he plans on getting one by any means necessary.
Other: At Birth, he was given a necklace that had a key on it. What it opens is unknown, but Xelcen holds it as his most prized possession and protects it with his life.

Inferno Xelcan: About 8'0". This form of Xelcan is much stronger than the normal flavor, but slower. He's hot tempered and extremely instinctual. Acts only on impulse. In Inferno form, Xelcan ditches the fans. The small key around his neck grows exponentially, to be about the size of a small bicycle. It becomes darker, less silver, more iron, and with his element, he makes the tip glowing orange hot, and he bludgeons people with it.
Arctic Xelcan: Arctic Xelcan is lean and tall, and a fast Mo-Fo; however, when fighting, will shrink back to the normal size of Xelcan. The tallness is for intimidation and protection. While he isn't as strong as Inferno Xelcan, he's better on other terms. In this form, Xelcan has all his higher thinking. He's very cool and reserved, and a fast thinker. However he has no sympathy, compassion, or mercy. He would kill anyone who got in his way to complete the objective he went into this form for. He is very much stoic in this state of mind. In arctic form, Xelcan's fan grows. It's much like the size you'd find as a decorative wall fan, but sharper and more deadly. It is incredibly thin, and he often summons about nine of these that hover around him waiting to be tossed.
