Which one should I concentrate on?

Well, I've talked about my foreign exchange student friend that I like, but now something new has happened. I've met a new guy and I'm rather attracted to him. He's in Mock Trial with me, and I just found out yesterday that he's bi. He's really cute, and he makes me laugh.

Now, here's the problem. I like both of them, but I don't know what to do. Cedric might be going ot a party with me, but I don't really know if he even swings that way. Josh is in Mock Trial, and I know he's bi, and I like him as much as Cedric. Josh would probably say yes if I asked him, and he's cute to boot. Well, their both cute, but, yeah...

What I'm wanting to know is, which one do you think I should try for? I'm afraid that if I ask Josh, Cedric will start showing more interest than the small flirting we do. But I'm also afraid that if I don't ask Josh soon, he won't be interested anymore.

So, what should I do?
