I drew my OC without a body guideline. And it came out...not totally like crap! Isn't that amazing?! The feet sorta bother me, and the hips and legs, but I'll work on her some more. She's what they would call a "Sand Bandit".
Mom let me use her scanner. :'D And it actually didn't come out ginormous! Amazing!
