wanted: a new vice pres!

wow we are growing! 23 memebers and counting! and we need help.
the vice pres and i talked it over( not really the vice pres just sat and ate cookies >.<) that we would be happy to welcome a new vice pres to help with the guild.
but how do we decide to ask to help us?
well here is what we are looking for:
1)active memeber
most be really active to help invite new members and keep the guild running safe and smoth
2)wont misuse their powers
need a kind and honest person
3)open to all ideas
4) uses the gaia IM
5)is willing to spend lot of time with the guild and helping

do you think you are right for the job or know a guild member that would be great for this job? post name here and the vice pres and i will look into them. will keep this open till christmas. good luck everyong!

after we have some good results and if we have more then one that is great for the job we will have a voting poll open for the guild memebers to choose.
