I don't know why, but I have a dreadfully bad feeling that there will not be one. I heard that if there's going to be one just to add more characters, it will not be made, yet the game feels empty compared to Melee. Melee had awesome stages, yet here it feels that it's dejavu when it comes to stages, because they all have the same feel. I enjoy playing on the Melee stages and I know that there should be another sequel, not to just add characters, but to possibly complete the series, because Brawl feels like is needs to be more improved and more, to put it mildly, fun.
Brawl will get boring after a while. And I think that Melee did not have the same issues. It NEEDS to have a sequel. What do you think?

i agree with you, ihave to say
i miss poké floats T^T also they should put some of the first smash bros stages, just that with the brawl grafics, they had good ones in the first smash

I know what you mean, I was especially disapointed with the Yoshi's Island, Animal Crossing and Metroid stages. Yoshi's was just ONE small platform with an even smaller one on top. The rest were pretty much the same, just all decorated and spruced up. sad
I really really hope Nintendo ( if they come up with another ) design more original stages. Plus maybe a new story line.
I also hope they go back to the old Classic mode settings, I mean completely random characters. In brawl all the classic modes were all set up the same and were very predictable and it got boring very quickly... Also I hope they bring back the adventure mode from melee.
Also! I liked the way in melee that when you do adventure mode you get a new trophy of the character and classic mode you get a retro trophy! biggrin

I've never played Melee. But yeah, the stages are kinda repetative.
I also like the thing they did with Sonic and Snake. I want to see more of that.

I'd be surprised it they didn't make a new one. Chances are, though, it's going to take quite a few years. Think about it, the first one was released on Nintendo 64, Melee was released on Gamecube, and Brawl was released on the Wii. The next one may end up on the next Nintendo system, which I can say is not anytime soon.
But yeah, I highly doubt that they wouldn't make another one.

i know their will be, because each game sells better than the last. it would be epic if they made add ons for the game like new characters (maybe other third party characters) BOMBERMAN FOR BRAWL
