If you got a good friend, or a friend good at RPing, and you want them to join. Just tell them to join. Etheir I or another crew member will accept them as soon as possible.
Also, if you don't like someone, DO NOT Ban them, come talk to me.
If you want to be a crew member, let me know, I most likley will say yes, but you have to have a good reason. Also, if you got a skill, like making banners, or maps, or even drawing characters, you can become a crew member.
Anyone who abuses their powers shall be demoted. And I'd rather not have to Ban anyone.

Basically do NOT do anything without my permission.
Okay, anyone can post threads.
I don't want anyone banning people, that is MY job ONLY!!! Also, unless you screwed up on a post, deleting posts is my job as well.
For creating stickies, that's really my Job, and I think I've created all the Stickies we need. (but you never know, just run it by me first.)
If it's a Inn, or a Bar, or even an RP, I think I'd rather it be a regular thread.

Also, It doesn't matter if you are even a vice captain (I'm not sue if they have this power.) But I am the only one allowed to Promote or Demote someone.
As for banning, if you're mad at them, tell me, if I agree, (and it's 100 to 1 chance of this) I will ban the person. I'm sure that won't be the case.
You guys can create threads, (Only I can create announcemnets unless you have a VERY good reason) and add people. normal threads, go ahead, as many as you like, but try to keep the non-RP threads to a done-low. ((I consider bars, inn, hotels, School, and the like, RPs)) Stickies, I think I may ask you to talk to me first, I'll probably say yes for those.

I just drew an awesome pic of Maru and Moro (from XXXholic) I COULD draw some anime characters...just as long as I have a picture to reference it. I can't do color, though.

Well, for Lucifer. It would be kinda like the armor Boba & Jango Fett wear. Then He hasa katana on his back, sheathed. and his hair is neat and clean cut, maybe like Drayco Malfoy from Harry Potter.

bookaholic so wait... is this sci-fi or more fantasy-like? lol, the armor desighn is Sci-fi, but this is medieval. unless yuo mean the guild, then it's all of the above. save the storline whixh is medieval Europe/Feudal Japan with a bit of modern.
