My hubby left for afghanistan just over a month ago. Gave me all the necessary paper work and everything since I have to pay bills/etcetc.
Well he told me that he wanted to get me an enhancer for my wedding ring. *for christmas* But obviously he can't do it. He wanted me to go to kay's and get the ring. So happy i went to kays with his card and POA. They turned me down.
They told me they didn't honor poa..
Is that even possible????

Well, get an advance on the card, that way you can do it.
I'm not sure if they can do that, but I've run into that problem with a bank before, even with the special financial poa
