My favorite book I read was definitely Inkdeath. If you like a nice adventure story, then I recommend you read it. It's in a series of three

Inkheart, Inkspell, and Inkdeath.

For me the last one was the best book from the series, and the best book written, in general.

Liking the book depends on opinions though, I have a friend who read the first book, second book, and didn't finish the third. She said it was simply horrible, and it would have been better off written by a monkey (Cruel, I know, but that's her), I on the other hand, had a completely different point of view.
