here), to see what people thought about it. I got some interesting input from people, including some people in the health field.
I was wondering what the people here think about those kinds of diets and whether they work, along with how safe they really are.
In my experience, water is actually the best detox. I took a short course in massage therapy, and we had to drink lots of water afterwards to wash the toxins that got squeezed out. Too much water can be dangerous though. I'm also told that warm water is good for constipation.
