I didn't see a thread for last night's episode so I thought I'd create it...my apologies if I shouldn't be doing this. sweatdrop
Anyhow....until I'm informed otherwise, lets talk about this episode.

I'm a bit braindead at the moment so the only thing I'd like to mention is:
Did anyone recognize the actress who stole that chemical? I think her name was "Peyton" on the show.
All you 'Angel' fans out there should have...Its FRED!
It really looks like the Buffy/Angel casts are being picked up again and finding new work. biggrin
Lets see (I'm listing character names, cuz its easier)
Xander - Sitcom - That Chef one
Willow - Sitcom - somehing family-based--comedy
Faith - TV Crime/Drama - star of show 9might have been cancelled)
Dawn - Disney movie - The Ice Skater one
Angel - TV Crime/Drama - costars
Spike - Movie (Cyclops from X-Men)
Fred - Alias - Hopfully a regular and appears to be a step above minion to bad guy.

hmm this thread should go under season five thread...it'll save more space..but anyways i didn't really like the new characters. but what the heck? on the end of episode 2 it just left it off when that dead guy came back to life. i was hoping it would continue from that.
i miss vaughn!

If you don't see an episode discussion thread, feel free to create one! whee I don't get on much on Thursdays due to the overload of homework. sweatdrop
Xander's on Kitchen Confidential! I watch it. xp Willow's on How I Met Your Mother. Faith was on Tru Calling, but that got cancelled. Angel is on Bones. Spike is in X-Men? eek I know that he's either in the current episodes, or upcoming episodes of Smallville. Fred was also on one of the most recent Supernatural episodes. I don't think she'll be a regular in Alias, however. crying
The season five thread is for season five in general. The episode discussions are for discussing a certain episode. While, yes, it would save more space, but it would also make it more confusing because we'll have posts about all the episodes floating around everywhere. xd

I was just following what Captain Horsey used to do. Although it does save space by just having one thread...this IS the Alias thread, what else are we going to talk about here anyway. xd If you DO want to keep this sort of format with sepate threads, just let me know. aznbarbdoll so do you like the new characters? The guy seems kinda dopey to me. And unqualified to be there. The girl looks like she'll be ok once she gets into it all. From the looks of it, she's going to be the one to take over for Syd on the missions once Syd can't do them anymore. So, the girl is a more neccessary character...somebody's got to do the spy work once Syd gets too pregnant. 3nodding Then once she's back, the new girl can just fade away somewhere. I don't like how they got rid of Weiss too. That makes them down 3 characters...Weiss, Nadia, and Vaughn...There's really no one left and I'm afraid the show's not going to last much longer if they don't do something.

well i heard that its jennifer garner's last season but alias will continue. I don't think i would watch it if sydney bristow isn't in it anymore. cry

About the new characters... Thomas Grace seems to be... Familiar. xp I keep expecting characters from Charmed to pop up out of nowhere because that's where I remember him from... sweatdrop He does seem kinda out of place there... But he doesn't seem like that bad of a person.
Rachel Nichols is a nice addition to the team... I tried to watch The Inside, but I think it clashed with the timeslot of Veronica Mars. xd It's nice to see that she's back in action on Alias!
The "Raven"... Strikes me as a bit odd... Not much else to say about her since there's not really much we know... xd
They have "killed off" three characters, haven't they? eek I never realized that there were so many... crying I miss the good old days!

Thomas Grace just looks a little too obvious as the new "love interest" for Syd.
He's a good looking guy...we just haven't really seen him in action yet.
Rachel will make a good sidekick.
But if this doesn't really get moving, I don't see Alias going past this season.
I'd like to see them bring back some of the older characters again...like Sark.
Sark is easy enough to bring back since he wavers so much and serves the highest bidder. Make him be working for the bad guys again
Or better yet, hook him up with Syd wink
