Here some of the oldest vampires sit in a large room and discuss issue in and about the Vampire Kingdom. Issues about the other kingdoms do come in on occasions despite the elders reluctances. The elders and Queen Relena don’t always agree on things, more along the lines of rare to very unlikely. The Kingdom always knows when the two being two are in the same, it is only time a storm forms in a matter of seconds and vanishes just as fast.
Relena is not known for spending large amounts of time behind City Hall walls. As a matter fact she makes a point to avoid the hall at all times.
