My friend keeps seeing shadows out of the corner of her eyes. Her mom does too and most people who come into their home see them. They're not really negative except that they appear and kind of scare people. Like they turn, expecting to see something there, but then nothing's there, not even a shadow. And they don't see it outside of the house. Any advice on how to help my friend? It's kind of scared her since she was young.

I think I can help with this! Let me ask you a question first though. Does anyone report feeling a sense of dread, or intense sadness when they see them? If so it may be something called a shadow person. It's a type of spirit, but it can also be made up of energy aswell.
