Hope is a kind and gentle soul. She looks and cares for others before she does herself. Although fully grown, she is still curious with the world around her and doesn't hesitate to ask questions when they pop into her head. She enjoys the company of all, regardless of the fact if they want her company or not.
Living Conditions:
Hope was always alone in the world until she met Boots. Boots was a dragonfly she came across one day and once she met her, Hope had a feeling that they would hid it off. Boots took Hope in and took care of her and they considered each other sisters, in a way. Boots taught Hope some things that Hope wasn't aware that existed in the world as well as answered the numerous questions that were asked by Hope. Ever since then, they were inseparable. They stick with each other thick and thin and tend to travel with one another, although Boots is becoming more independent and feelings that since she has taken care of Hope this far, it is now time to leave her and let Hope live her own life.

Boots is a very carefree, outgoing soul. She loves to get into trouble and start fights, although they are always playful ones. Background:
Lylin's life wasn't anything but fine. She had it rough and still it comes back to haunt her to this day. As a pup, she lived with a pack which was ran by her father. Her father was a cold, cruel brute who allowed his power as leader of the pack to consume him. He found himself abusing such power which almost lead to both his and the pack's demise on several occasions. Lylin loved her father and respected him and his rank though his love for her was never returned. He thought of her as a worthless, weak member of the pack and was worth nothing to her. He had much more love and cared more for her brothers than he did her. Just because her father felt that she wasn't good enough for her, didn't mean she wasn't going to try and win for his love. Lylin did everything she could to win her father's love and care though her attempts had failed. She finally accepted the fact that she would never be as good enough as her brothers were.
Lylin's mother, on the other hand, was the complete opposite. Her mother was a kind and gentle female whom seemed like the other one that protected and loved Lylin. Whenever she felt down or just needed someone there for her, Lylin would always turn to her mother. One night, however, Lylin found that her mother wasn't always going to be there for her. Her mother went out for a hunt but before she left, she wrapped Lylin around in colorful lights. The lights were used as a "family tradition" or so to speak and they allowed her mother to see her from far away and know that she will be safe. The lights eventually became a security blanket on Lylin's part as a child, scaring off the noises of the night and allowing her to see the various things that may be in the dark. Lylin waited for her mother to return from the hunt. Days. Nights. Weeks went by and still no sign of her mother. The naive pup that she was, she continued to wait but it finally hit her. Perhaps her mother abandoned her or worst..Lylin kept the lights on as a remembrance of her mother.
After her mother's disappearance, the pack was under attack by a rival pack. There was bloodshed and many of her pack-members were murdered, that including her father. The rival pack gathered up whatever members remained, including pups and young adults and moved them to their new territory. Lylin was shocked, confused, and frightful as to what had happened. She had witnessed the members of her pack, her "family" which whom she knew as a pup, be slaughtered and now she was being taken away to some unknown territory. She feared what would become of her and what this pack had in store for the survivors. *(will continue later)*
