New Glitches:

Forum glitches
In the forums of gaia, for those of you that use them, threads sometimes seem to forget that you're the creator of the thread, and won't let you edit any of your posts, delete any posts... yeah. anyway, don't worry, it only lasts a minute, and it comes and goes randomly.

donation lag:
Some of you may have noticed that there is a few minutes lag when you donate gold to a guild account. a lot of you probably panicked... and for those who still don't know what's going on, here's an explanation. when you donate any amount of gold to a guild account, it won't show up for a few minutes. don't worry, it will show up.

Old Glitches:

topic re-arranging
when you chose to move or delete a topic, a notice will pop up saying "unable to..." then something about crew logging. Click for screen shot don't worry, it's already done. the topic will still be moved/deleted, this message is just an irritating glitch.

post action glitches:
these days, when you chose to do a post action, it glitches and brings up a random screen-shot rather then the form you're supposed to see. (click for screen shot)

the way to get around this is to simply hit "submit" and it'll take you back to the same page asking you to fill out the newly-visible form. however, some people think this is risky as it may or may not cause a lot of moderator irritation. whether or not you use these tips, it's up to you.

Coming for the captains guild?

there is still a small belief that a new official Captains Guild is being built, and will soon open. if this is true, I'll see you all there! oh, and if it does happen, there will be a vote held on whether or not to keep "New Version" open. be sure to visit and let us know!!

Also, Yes, I am still working on that compiled guides thread. Please be patient with me, I am trying to get it done sweatdrop

And in Captains guild 2.0 run by Lord Radimir, they have recently gotten the attention of gaia staff. I would like to congratulate them on this. Great job you guys!

And as the last bit of info, I will be cleaning up this guild. there are threads all over the place that don't belong there and I don't like it. so, I'll be chasing out the dust bunnies. I'll try my best to send out notification PM's to people who's topics I move around or delete, but there will be a lot of them so please be patient.

Crew appreciation!

Alright, I just noticed that put together, my crew seems to be doing more around here then I am eek so, next time you see any of them, say thank you! they're doing a great job around here, bumping the ad thread and checking up on join requests. we wouldn't be where we are without them. Thanks guys! blaugh heart

also, on a COMPLETELY UNRELATED NOTE, I thank everyone who's been sending me PM's asking for help. I really don't mind helping you find out what's going wrong in your guild, and finding how to fix it. however, I really don't appreciate logging in in the morning with TONNES of PM's all from the same person, where one explains the problem and the rest are "hey where'd you go?" =_= it's annoying, and I might refuse to help. be patient, I promise I'll do my best to answer you're questions. like seriously guys, This isn't funny =_=

When you get way up in the population rank, you get used to seeing 32 PMs, from the same person, as well. Only thing is, it's usually spam or scams, from what I hear. Even though I've successfully gotten 3 idiot scammers and quite a number of spammers banned, I'm not too high on that rank. >_> Nobody likes the good guys anymore, I guess... =_=

Well, thank you Nikka! Sorry I haven't been around in the past couple days, my internet service was lost and I was too preoccupied with my new Wii to get it fixed up until now. xp

yeah, that'll happen. XP although that could be ranked as taking advantage as a glitch if it didn't reverse itself.
