-Tempest Forest-
The Tempest Forest is the second largest forest offering a protective barrier for the Vampire Kingdom. It sits on the inside ring of the Forbidden Forest. With numerous smaller trees that wrapped together to make a larger vine looking one, Tempest Forest has always proven to make people looked at it oddly and mistaken it for something else other than a forest. Despite being called a forest it doesn’t have the normal looks of what you would expect that most forests would have.
The Tree folk, lead by Treebert, live in the Tempest Forest. Before they moved into the forest it was once a part of Forbidden Forest before the Tree Folk move in and alter it physically to suit their needs to live in it. It is rather hard to tell the Tree Folk from the actual trees until they personally reveal themselves. The Tree Folk look just like the trees of the Tempest Forest. Gentle and knowledgeable creatures, the Tree Folk are more than happy to share stories with young ones that are interested in hearing them.
Treebert, being the oldest of all the Tree Folk, became friends with Queen Relena before she began her reign in the Vampire Kingdom. Much of her life before was within his domain and the immediately made a friendship that has grown very strong. When the humans began to expand into his domain seeking to build to new settlement, Treebert was force to move away from his home not wishing to harm the humans. It would take the queen years to find his dying race and offer them a home that was quickly accepted.
*Cough: Treebert may be gentle but can become a force to be reckoned with if the Queen is being attacked by any means.*
*For those that are curious: Tree Folk are extremely friend, except when you are trying to make lumber out of them.*
