Debate against or for the Super Human Registration Act here. Super Human Registration Act or SHRA is soon becoming approved by the senate. Iron Man is for the SHRA while Captain America is against. Don't just side with your favorite hero. Listen to reason. Iron Man, hero not born but created, not by an accident or genetic or radiation. He is just an inventor who got hurt and is righting all of his wrongs. Iron Man is for SHRA, which means he wants all Super Human, creatures, aliens, biotechs, super soldiers, even mythical and magical beings to reveal their true identities. He Believes, because of S.H.I.E.L.D., heroes should be rewarded for their actions.
Captain America is against the SHRA because the heroes could/can/will be held responsible for mishaps that occur in battle. Also it endangers the families of the heroes because the villains will also know the true identities and can easily attack the ones that they love.
Here, tell us where you stand amongst the Civil War.

but they will be working for S.H.E.I.L.D. which means they wouldnt be as free as they are in the x men. They have to work for them. Answer to them and take responsibility for their own actions.

Against. No one has a problem with super hero's OR their powers until some unknown idiot makes a BIG mistakes ( or in the marvel universe's case, a couple of idiots).
If a super hero ( or mutant) is risking their lives to save you, or in most cases the earth, then they have a right to their identity in order to (how they feel) protect their own loved ones, as in spidermans case almost every time.
besides, when is the Cap ever wrong? mrgreen

BS how capt. America dies by a gunshot wound. He's built to take multiple shots not just one. I believe marvel gave up on him. Hopefully theyll bring him back.Like it was a SHIELD cover up kinda thing. Im against registration.

I am against it and here is why. The SHRA shows how Magento was right. That how humans are trying to take control of every aspect of Mutants/heroes. I think that heroes should unite under one flag but shouldn't be forced to. Because then when the government gets involved then there are laws, rules, polyices, and regulations. This is one reason why I failed to like Iron Man for what he did. I think that Iron Man was the source of the war and it didn't need to be made. Magento was right. Humans are now trying to take control of everyday life COUGH IRON MAN COUGH. I have no trouble if we all reunited under SHIELD, but the difference is that Shield is a organization not a country. Another thing, those that Support The SHRA have ENLISTED Villians, like murders, pyschopaths, and criminals. They aren't even tried or have to suffer for any of their past conciquences. It's like letting Carnage loss again and letting him join up with out going on trial. I'm srry Iron Man but I side with Capt on this one or I am in the middle. If they took away joining with the Government then maybe a lot of heroes would join. But to be desprate enough to enlist villains not really.

Oh and another thing. When you work for SHIELD it is like signing a one way ticket to "What ever you say I do". You can't go against Shield. THEY ARE EVERY WHERE.

Iron Man is not at all the blame though. SHIELD made him do it. Iron Man was doing his job. SHIELD screws up more than you think.

I respectfully disagree Capt. Because Stark was the one who started the whole thing. And second Stark is rich upon imagined, the reason Shield wanted him was probably because how they needed a rich donar
