I heard that the person playing Aro from the Volturi is Ben Barnes. He was the actor that played Prince Caspian in Chornicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. This is a picture of what he'll look like with his contacts in:

He looks enough like Aro for me 3nodding

im not exactly sure.. im very interested to see how he would do though. i am having a hard time imagining him as happy as aro is.. but i dont know.. i loved him in prince caspian so im excited to see if he will play this role.

Its not for sure. He WANTS to be Aro but its not for sure . They haven't finished casting yet.
But nonetheless, I think he's a good actor and will do a very good job as Aro. I trust him.

I'm not really sure if I like this or not..
I know all vampires are supposed to be total hotties and stuff,
but I'd always imagined Aro to be more scary than hot.
O_o
Well, I'd imagined all members of the Volturi scarier
than other vampires.
I don't know.

as much as i hate the movie that they call "eragon", i always imagined aro as whoever played durza in that movie. [just with darker hair and red eyes.]

I always pictured him to be a bit older and also a it more scary looking. I donno. This guy just doesn't seem right for Aro, to me.
