Project T.A.L.O.N.S. was started by a bunch of scientists who wanted to bring dinosaurs to life, much like Jurassic Park. The main difference is that these new raptors have near human-like intelligence. Tired of being used as test subjects, some of these raptors are trying to escape from the facility where they were created and are looking to be taken home by caring Gaians.
These fantastic creatures were bred out of a scientific disaster. Only years later were they found and trained into pets for those wealthy enough to buy their very own Rex.
