Ginji is Noelle's older brother whose piloting should be better (as said in the game). He flys the Albiore III and acts as Asch's slave cause he takes him wherever he wants (TO PLACES, OKAY? LOL) Iemon is his and Noelle's grandfather. I am assuming that their parents died somehow, but eh, oh well.
There's a point in the game of where you can either save him, or not (BLASPHEMY). I think Asch would rather have Ginji take him around than an old man. That's just... creepy.
