kidd buu(bopbade's father first created him)
fat buu(after he absord the strongest of the grand kais)
evil buu(after fat buu spit him out of his body because of bean the dog got hit, then he got absord byevil buu to become the evil pink buu)
super buu(when he absord gohan)
he didn't consider himself super buu when he absord piccolo,goten,trunks.(they were fusioned and defusion inside of him after 30min.)
back to kidd buu and final
Uub( when kidd buu die but goku wished him backas a better person after he did the spirt bomb)
tell did i miss anything. cause i sure of it.

It didn't matter if he considered himself Super Buu or not, he was still altered, which counts as another form of him. Secondly, Uub does not count because he is a completely seperate person from Buu. Even though he is a reincarnation of Kid Buu, he is not an actual form of Buu and therefore does not count. New question: When Raditz first talked to Piccolo, what was supposed name of the technique that Raditz was about to use until he was disrupted by his scouter?

Yup, you're right about Raditz's attack, but innaccurate about Uub. He had no trace of Buu in him. He was a completely seperate person, not just another form of him. New question: Who cut off Frieza's tail while on Namek?

Big Bang Kamehameha was created when they fused into Gogeta, not Vegeto. The new techniques are: Final Kamehameha and Spirit Sword.
