Neutral World

This world is enchanted with many kinds of people. Witches, Wizards, Humans, Nekojin Etc. This world is never usually quiet, the city night life goes on with laughter and cheering, some drunks singing in the night and others slipping away in the darkness, trying to find out more about the news of a raging war.
They can be allied to either side, or remain as they are. Some will not do anything for the war while others will aide whom will need it.
