Kay, so almost everyone in the Quartet has a ghost or two that tag along all day. I used to have Sarah. Sarah was one of my best friends believe it or not. She drowned, I think. It had something to do with being on a boat. She would usually wear a sundress or a tank top and shorts. A very beachy person.
I still believe Sarah was one of the funniest ghost friends we've ever had.
The point is that the rest of the quartet wanted to keep their ghosts forever. I didn't think that was right. One thing we found out while doing this is that their color aura pertains to how much they fear the afterlife, a white being "getting ready to go" and black being "count me out, I'll happily stay on the astral plane."
When I met Sarah she was afraid. She was the darkest black I've ever seen out of a ghost, but I wanted for her so badly to be able to go on. It must be wonderful up there.
Last night we watched "tuck everlasting" it was one of the most beautiful movies I've ever seen on how the unlived life isn't worth living. Basically that was the theme, but it was more like you can't have say you lived your life to it's fullest if you are still living, because lived is past tense. So it's pointless to be immortal. Sarah watched it, went to sit outside to think, and when she came back in she left a note in my hand, and was fading slowly to a transparent state. Then I couldn't feel her presence anymore.
I opened the note, it was difficult to read because it was on the astral plane, but it was pretty clear.
Silver (it was my nickname for my real name, not Silver)
Thank you for all that you've done.
I think what you did best was not holding on to me so I had an obligation to stay.
Live your life to it's fullest
Sarah
It was very touching, and I would like to tell Crimson and Onyx
