The following is set amount of rights for any citizen or visitor to the Republic of Tyrell. These rights may be revoked by Tyrell at any time anywhere. Those who do not have these rights are to be considered under the law and are no better than animals unless Tyrell set a specific set of rules about their lack of rights. Tyrell is the only person who can revoke a single right at once.
1. Any Citizen or Outsider has the right to a trial and a lawyer.
2. Any Citizen or Outsider is protected under the Republic of Tyrell's laws or doomed by them.
3. Any Citizen or Outsider is allowed to have as much children as they wish, but must prove to Tyrell how this will help improve the community to a point that it outweighs the negative side effects of more citizens.
4. Children are considered expendable unless on the day of their birth Tyrell is given a gift of appropriate value.
5. Pets are indeed citizens to the Republic of Tyrell. All laws and rights apply to them in the same manner as people.
6. Any Citizen or Outsider has a right to free speech as long as they do not take actions to force their ideals or way of life found in their speech. This Right is not is void when dealing with the Seventh Right.
