All people who wish to apply for a citizenship must fill out this form and posted here in the Citizenship Archives. Once a citizen of the Republic of Tyrell the only way to lose it is by death or word from Tyrell as degreed by Tyrell. Citizens can never leave the Republic of Tyrell as currently ordered by Tyrell due to a whim by words from the central building's janitor: Pablo the Irishman. Pets must also fill out a form of citizenship with help from the caretaker. Note: Tyrell is not a citizen, but rather is a Leader. There is only one leader and his name will always be Tyrell and no one else.

Hobbies: (You must tell what you like to do in your spare time. Hobbies Tyrell views as useless will be put to rest at his order.)
History: (What you have done before joining the Republic of Tyrell. It must consist of at least a paragraph or you will be sent to the "Kitchen".)
