bull s**t. and no it would not strengthen the bill at all. In fact it would make it worth less. Don't you know anything about politics and the way our government works? Come on now think about it and I'll explain why it wouldn't work when I see you cause it's to much to type.

nice... oz, every time they make a bill right now, there is interest, so how would it make things worse? Technically wouldn't it be better knowing you are starting a new & dividing the "interest"? Please explain oz. eek
