If you want to advance in rank and obtain your second khef (if you haven't done it), now's the time to do it!
All you need to do is recruit one new member to the Almeddan Army. I must be notified that you recruited them for the Khef to count. Also make sure this person has submitted which house they wish to join, until they join a house the recruitment doesn't count!!!

I have two people that are going to join the guild.
Their id's are, Spork Hoar,& id quote that.
They want to join Veneficus.
