Powers: If you make eye contact with him, he is able to paralyze you (by seductive means or by fear) until the eye contact is broken either by his own will or outside interference. Also, he is able to extract the soul from you by kissing you. He is able to sense where people are even when his eyes are covered by sensing where the souls around him are.
Weapons: None other than his powers.
Appearance: That, but with more Japanese-like clothing.
Personality: He's a soul-sucking demon who doesn't care about the lives he takes, anymore. He's cruel, and he's cold. Literally as well as figuratively. He can play the part of a gentlemen with little effort, but he usually intends to such the soul out of the one he's being civil toward. Unless they're in the Yami, of course.
History: He was once a normal, average kind of human. That was long ago, and he would have had a perfectly average and boring life had he not gotten on the wrong side of a dispute with a woman with truly frightening powers. She cursed him, turning him into a barely-living being that must consume the souls of others in order to stay alive. The curse completely took over Shigai, and he had been this corpse-like monster ever since, though only because he had been trying to fight the curse and had been eating as few souls as he could get away with. But no longer. Since he's started eating his fill and then some, he now looks like he did before he was cursed. Though with red eyes and fangs.

The following characters will not be making a reappearance in the rp.

Harry D'amour: Moved back to his home state after Reika's departure, certain that the Shogun's mood will end up killing him.

Appearance: That, with normal ears and golden eyes. And Japanese clothing. White.
Personality: Not quite as bubbly as she used to be. In fact, she is most bubbly when she's about to break someone's legs off and feed them to him/her. She is filled with hate toward anyone close to Yuuka and Yuuka herself.
History: Same history as before, but with the addition of the V2 stuff. And during those ten years, she reconciled with Kurei and is now a member of the Yami. Her Hi-Reikon has made himself known, and because he's not quite small enough to sit on her shoulder, he tends to show up only when needed.
Power Type: Light
Extra Power: Ability to read the immediate thoughts of others
Weapons: A white katana, her powers

Name: Naikou Mikage
Age: Not quite as old as Akemo and Bukai, but still quite old
Gender: Male
Appearance: His chosen form is a golden pegasus
Personality: He's got a good heart and mind. He's actually quite sweet, and he'd do anything to protect Reika.
History: Was a skilled warrior while alive. Refused to take part in a genocide incited by Bukai. Not much to him other than that. Oh, and he's Bukai's youngest nephew.
Weapons: hoof, and light manipulation

Occupation: Heir
Personality: Yuuka still retains some of the brattyness that made up her personality during childhood, but, more and more, a mature girl is starting to emerge. She realizes that not all people want to harm her (though some do), and that when the Shogun passes on, it will be her responsibility to take care of the people of Nihon. But that won't happen for a long time to come... right? The Shogun is her everything. Her family, her mentor, her hero, and her caretaker. She cares for him deeply, as for the people she's supposed to be protecting...? Well, she can learn to love them later... maybe...
Bio: Yuuka was raised by a single mother, until they got separated in Edo. She met the Shogun, who took her in, and promised to help find her mother. After an incident involving the ghost of the Shogun's daughter, Yuuka finally found her mother, only to realize that the woman had died whilst they were apart. Yuuka decided to stay with the Shogun, and became his heir.
Weapons: Katana, and her powers.
Powers: The ability to control water, and it's phases.

Shogun: 55. Hates all Mikages. All. Still, with the Yami laying low, his security has grown a little more lax. He's become a little less violent now that he's become more or less a father again. He loves Yuuka, always has, always will, and does his best to be her combat instructer, Mentor, and father figure.

Raiden: 68. Still one of the single greatest fighters in the realm, he has done his best to assist with Yuuka's training, his blood oath to obey the Shogun becoming far less of a bother as he realized the man was finally taking the right recourse in leading.

O: He's ******** O, he hasn't changed...yet...but maybe a catalyst will make him darker.

Ethan: Old as ********, still kinda alzheimery, not in the Yami.

Personality- Ishido is playing a game and he'll do whatever it takes to acheive his goal. He mimics people when it suits him, although few see his real personality.
Bio- Ishido has always had a problem with copying people's behavior. When he was a kid, people got exhasperated with his mimicry. So exhasperated that some of the larger children and less patience adults would strike him. Only to realize he would hit them back just as hard. So punishing was always a hard thing to accomplish when he seemed capable of duplicating exactly.
Weapons- A long length of chain with an attached blade at the end
Powers- Mimic
Likes- Mimicry, his game

Appearance- Ishido
Other- The mask changes expressions as Ishido changes moods.

Atsuko- died just before the time skip.

Sigurd- eventually maned up and went home, where he was a raider for a while before his father died, and he became king of Denmark. Whee!
