Okay, who else noticed this?
I mean, over the entire series they mentioned "the cheese factory" a lot.
Is there some cheese factory in Roswell that I don't know about?
What do you guys think?

yes it's mentioned a lot but we never see it. I think they even mentioned it in the book series but I don't remember
