DO NOT DELETE OR TOUCH. THIS WILL BE MOVED TO THE MAIN PAGE WHEN THE GUILD IS DONE WITH CONSTRUCTION.
THE WHITE ROOM
You stand at a large metal door with brass knobs. Slowly and cautiously, you open it. It should creak, but the enormous white room beyond it seems to hold no sound. Your footsteps as you enter are unheard. The hallway you walk along is purely white and made of smooth marble. Along the walls to your sides are many doors. When you reach the end of the hall you find a circular room with eight gateways surrounding you. Two of them are glowing brightly. The first is dripping with water and the second has steam rising from the ground in front of it.
Confused, you look to a wall where a plaque hangs. There is a map and an explanation inside it. What you see shocks you greatly:
"Welcome to the White Room. As a child you were told that you had your whole life ahead of you... that you had the universe in your grasp. What if I told you you had more than that? Lives lay ahead of you. A multiverse lays within your grasp. With every choice a man is given, a new universe is created that follows the path of each decision. With billions of choices a day among all mankind, an infinite number of universes are simply waiting to be discovered. An infinite number of possibilities."
Below that you look at the map. It marked not only what each door and gateway was, but had an explanation attached.

ISLE DE PROVOKA
The first gateway, dripping with water, leads to a most unfortunate of universes. It is unfortunate because it lives in the Age of Sail where pirates roam freely and control the seas. The British and French armies work hard to rid the world of the scum, and many times succeed.
The pirates, in their plight for a true home, find the island of Provoka. Establishing Bridge Town, they claim the island as their own. Little do they know of the secrets this island holds.

THE PHOENIX ODYSSEY
The power of steam was discovered around the year 1840. In many universes, this power had great uses, but it was quickly overwhelmed by the discovery of other power sources. In this universe, however, the power of steam was realized to it's full capacity. Anything became possible through steam, even peace, or what was thought to be peace.
Two of the most powerful countries, England and France had a conference. When the conference was over both countries had taken a portion of themselves and merged them together to form an entirely new country that would serve as their device to ensure peace. Instead this made them realize that when they worked together they became an almost unstoppable force. This new country, the Avathan Empire became the only formidable power in the world. However, it was not the only country. Countries to it's sides became furious and afraid at the same time. The combination proved volatile, for an incident occurred and the Avathan Empire declared war on all countries surrounding it.
With war raging and taxes rising to a new high, people delved to new lows. Crime rates skyrocketed, from simple pickpockets to genocidal murderers, they could not be controlled. The world spiraled into chaos. Yet, the town of Bridge Town still sat on the island of Provoka. No longer ruled by pirates, but a haven to many nonetheless.

DOOR TWO - THE EMPTY ROOM
Aptly named, this room is nothing more than a large, empty room. This would be a great place to meet others like yourself and talk.

DOOR THREE - THE PROVOKAN HISTORICAL ARCHIVES
Beyond this door is a large room resembling a library. Books cover the walls and document sprawl across tables spread throughout the room. Pull up a chair. Learn a little history. Maybe one day, you'll end up in these books yourself.
