Steak (how ever you like it)
Broccoli
Garlic (Minced)
Ginger (Minced)
Cauliflower
If you have a steamer, the cauliflower works best in there, but boiling it is ok too. The point is for it to be soft enough to mash, like potatoes when finished (prefurably in a bowl or if boiled in the pot after it has been drainned of water). Now onto the steak, whether you like T-bone, boneless, sirloin, just choose what you like best. Lightly season in a frying pan and cook to your prefured steak type (rare, medium rare, well done, etc). In the mean time in a skillet you'll want to saute the Broccoli in minced Garlic and Ginger (Ginger Root) at a medium/high temperature (try 7 if your stove has numbers). You can buy dried minced Garlic or use fresh (1 clove) and find Ginger Root easily in your super market. A piece about half the size of your thumb(or from your finger tip to your knuckle), should be sufficient.
A well seasoned Steak, with the sauted Broccoli and the mashed Cauliflower is also quite nice. 3nodding
