So in the Ideas for the Guild topic, one of us came up with the great idea of giving away an item as a contest prize. Don't ask me what the contest is (we haven't decided yet), but I'd like to get an opinion on what you guys would like to see. ^^
Also, feel free to add your two cents. I will update the poll as best I can. ^^

i think a guild contest would be great and having a prize make it even better 3nodding

I think it would depend on the kind of contest.
If it's a simpler contest, then I don't really see the need for a gianormous prize. An expensive gold shop item would work for that. If it were a more difficult contest, an EI or MC would be better as the stakes would be higher.
Also, I'd vote to hold off on the MC prizes at least until the Guild's getting a bit more activity. If we're going to be providing the prizes, we should wait for more people in the contest. If a contest only has three people entering for an MC, it just doesn't seem worth it to me.
Those are just my thoughts.

I agree with you ZeldaQueen. I just wanted to get a general consensus. ^^
But yeah, I know where you're coming from with the MC bit. I don't think we'll end up using it as a prize, being as we don't have that many members/members actually in the contest. An EI might work, if it were one of the cheaper ones, like the Dandiidoodad (that is so not spelled right) Spore, but we'll have to see how many people are in the contest.
How expensive do you guys think we should go, considering contest entries and the like? ^^

Hard to say.
I know, btw, that the Overseer can give Orindae and the spore one (I'm not even trying to spell it sweatdrop ), so if anyone gets extras (or any other nice items they don't want), those could be used. I get some pretty cool stuff that I could donate.
