Rules and Restrictions
1. Since this is a Valentines Day theme, poems are expected to be in some way related to love or friendship.
2. Poems must be at the least, four lines long.
3. Please PM all poem submissions to me at AlyaColman, and please title it Febuary 2009.
4. One submission per person, so choose your best!
5. All submissions must be in by Febuary 10th, the winners list should be up by the 20th.

First Place
The First Place Prize, the Biancamella, goes to AzulSandy for her poem
A Story To Never Begin
He tells me of a story
He asks if I wonder
Of what could have ever been
But I look at him
And I try not to smile
As my eyes begin to sadden
I lower my head
And he walks away
He could never know
Of the story that grows
Within my mind
A future of me and him
Walking down an isle
With him standing at the end
Waiting for our story to begin
So turning around
I walk away knowing
Never will I have this chance again
Second Place
The Second Place Prize, A Black Rose, goes to WhisperedVoicesSin for her poem,
My Horrible End
Weither it's hidden beneath your skin
Or just covered by a mask
I can see he’s nothing to you
Even when he's everything to me
I stand there and watch you
I try and pretend he doesn't hold my heart
And it isn't burning in his hands
But it all turns to ash
And I begin to fall apart
He’s your disaster and my worst mistake
Damned from within and burning at the core
He’s the tragedy in your fairy tale
And he’s every single one of my sins
He's your begining but he's my horrible end
