24. Even if you have mastered your nature element does not mean you can turn attacks of the same element back on the caster. Basically, physics still apply.
25. Try to make everything you do as realistic as possible. If a kunai cuts you, your character should be bleeding and your clothes should be sliced if your wearing any.

29. If a character wants to Learn Chidori, Raikiri, or Rasengan you must role play with the main person in your village that uses it. Which means a Kage or ANBU/Jounin.
