What are your thoughts on Ray of Judgment?

I personally believe Ray of Judgment has KILLED Fort Aspenwood being the FA-Nut that I am.

So many monks are running RoJ with Arcane for it.

2 RoJ's smashes a gate without help from the team sure, but we need healers too.

Smite 16
Protection 10
Devine 10

Isnt going to help your team =/
Those are typical stats btw, the smite gets the most love lol.

I mean I can see...

Protection 15
Smite 12
Devine 9

RoJ being used as a minor Gate Crashing support to the team trying to drop it.

But lately people really are going all Smite alone for the most part =/

and theres a skill that heals you for the damage you took in smite that high divine helps with.

I really think if it isn't over-powered that it is beyond the most overly-used skill in the game now (Over-Rated.)

A lot like necromancer and Lingering Curse.

Your thoughts?

RoJ is fine. Makes grinding me through PvE with 5 monks easy. Dunk, talk and ogden dont care. Snare something and watch RoJ blow it up.

As for PvP RoJ is fine. Yes it is a little over powered for aspenwood because of its base around the NPC's. But other then aspenwood it hardly sees use anywhere else cept for the guy who decides to run an augury of death smite monk with iron palm. scream

RoJ is pretty damn good in AB, I personally get reduced to "a pet could kill me"-health because of it. Much better than the most Smiting skills, especially since monks don't have that much EoE damage skills.

I could see it working on NPC's but all real players can avoid it so easily. However, the damage is pretty intense

.25 knocking in RoJ is deadly when you have 2 of them.

RoJ Monks cant defend themselves good enough. My Necro destroys them. Before or after they RoJ Nuke a base (Usually after, cuz they dont stop untill they cast)

And eles are? Monks are casters, not frontliners. Even if they take a huge amount of enchantments, unblockable Shattering Assault chain owns them any time.

Ele's have more offensive capabilities than an RoJ Monk. Besides casting RoJ & hoping you stand in it, they have no value
