Hair: A shade of black, with a slight dark blue or purple hue to the long layered locks. Her hair is never really seen down completely. Usually, her bangs remain about her face, just a little past her chin as some are side swept to the right of her face. Within her bangs rests three thin strips of silver colored portions of hair as the rest of the shoulder-blade length hair is usually pulled up into a messy bun, with several portions of her hair sticking out and dangling down the back of her head and neck. On occasions, she will have some hair accessories but the most common one to be found upon her is a pair of black rectangular small sunglasses with a shine of silver on the corners of the lenses.

Eyes: She has sharp eyes, so many tend to assume she’s glaring whenever she looks at someone or take it that she’s mad or the like. Sharp eyes, long lashes, with a scar down just on the corner of her left eye. She herself is not all that aware of the color of her eyes; for during the day they seem to be a hue of purple or blue but by night they seem to be a shade of silver or black. On occasions, they will be found covering her eyes.

Clothing: Arashi is often found wearing the traditional Shinigami wear, the academy red uniform, on a more daily basis. The sleeves have been removed to remove less drag, or so she says, and has a red ribbon tied about her left wrist, usually, like a bandage. While in the mortal realm, posing as a mortal, Arashi tends to translate from the Shinigami Academy uniform to a pair of dark jeans, and a shirt fitting enough for the weather. In most situations, she can be found wearing a black sleeveless shirt and a collared white shirt over it with a loosely tied pinstripe tie about her neck, underneath of the collar.

Physical Description: She is, on occasions, considered petite and that is usually a pro and con in many situations for her. Light and nimble, Arashi is quite flexible. She is not very muscular, but she is not frail either. Lean muscle in her arms, back, stomach, thighs, and claves, Arashi has enough for now to keep her going and continue training.

Background: Before her death, Nibui, Kibarashi, better known as Arashi, was apart of a family of seven. Including her parents, herself, and her four brothers. So hence, you’d figure she grew up hard-headed, stubborn, and not afraid to fight. But truth be told, Arashi did not have any interest in many of the things most girls surrounded by boys thought. Yes, she’d practice mixed martial arts with the twins, kendo with one, and guitar with the other, but in the end she would grow bored of each one. Her parents thought there was something wrong with her, and got tested her for drug usage and psychological evaluation and nothing came up. Of course nothing was going to come up, because everything she did or said or acted upon was by her own bored curiosity. Nibui Kibarashi, Dull Amusement, acted just as her name meant. She was not interested in anything that normal people were. She was interested in the small aspects, like how a guitar is built, why one would attack the side of someone’s torso than the side of someone’s leg, or it was always a why question. Of course, this was what led her to her death. It occurred when she was walking home from school, her junior year, and noticed a cat meowing at her before trotting off and away. Bored curiosity overtook her and she just simply followed the cat that had walked to the other side, seeming to wait for her. Not even looking or aware of the larger aspects of the road, she made her way across, only to freeze in the middle of the road as she spotted what seemed to be a dark and mischievous smile escaping the little white cat as its blue eyes sparkled deviously. With her mind slowing down, Arashi was unable to respond to the oncoming vehicle that hit her head on. Waking up in Soul Society, Arashi did not really retain any other detail of her death except for that white cat with devious blue eyes. But as usual, she was not really quite that interested in it now.

Personality: Arashi has a tendency to just be blank or keep a rather bored expression upon her face. Monotone occasionally, she tends to do things both short and quick or draw things out long and hard. She likes challenges, which just might bring out a sadistic side of her. Somewhat of a pessimist, she isn’t ever really up to doing much of anything. Subconsciously, she hates her life but goes on with it because she feels like she has nothing better to do. Yet, she has this thing about small stuff. What people fine absolutely dull, including bugs and studying, she takes joy in it. She can find amusement in almost every little thing there is. Actually quite open-minded and mentally flexible, she would be a great leader if she chose to be. But she didn’t. Some call her lazy, some call her slow, but she’s really just bored. Monotonous and really quite bored with life, she can amuse you with her sarcastic and odd sense of humor.

Other: If you spar against her, don’t take her yawning and bored act lightly. She’s just another example of those life learning sayings such as “Don’t judge a book by it’s cover.”
