Welcome to Warriors

Introductions and Annoucements

Warriors is a world inhabited by cats of honor. Cats who fallow a strick code so that they can see generations of cats live in reletive peace and harmony in their respected territories.

This is an original role play based on the world set up in the Warriors series written by Erin Hunter. The setting is a forest far from the forest of the cats in Warriors. Four groups of cats have come together to share territory rich in prey. The fifth clan, SilverClan, watches over the clans and guides them through the future.

These clans are called: FlareClan, EdgeClan, TwinClan, WoodClan.

The offical website of the books is www.warriorcats.com .

The Warrior Code

All Clan Cats must obey the Warrior Code

01...........................Every cat should defend his or her Clan, even at the cost of their life.

02...........................Do not trespass or hunt on another Clan's territory. If a patrol catches them, they then have permission to chase you off their land.

03...........................Kits and elders should be fed first, and, unless they have special permission, apprentices cannot eat until the elders have all been fed.

04...........................Prey is not killed for sport. You should not kill anything unless someone plans on eating it. You must also give SilverClan thanks for its life.

05...........................Kits must be six moons old in order to become an apprentice.

06...........................New warriors must sit a silent vigil, and watch over the camp while the others sleep. They cannot say a word, and must sit outside no matter what the weather is like, reflecting on warrior responsibilities.

07...........................A Clan cat cannot become the deputy of their Clan without having mentored at least one apprentice.

08...........................Should the leader of a Clan die or retire, the deputy shall replace the leader.

09...........................If a deputy dies or retires, the leader must then choose a successor before moonhigh (midnight).

10...........................Once every full moon, the Clans must have a Gathering with each other. Also, there shall be no fighting among them during this time. And if they do fight, SilverClan sends a cloud to cover the moon, showing they are angry.

11...........................Clan boundaries must be checked and marked by patrols daily. Also, if a patrol finds a trespassing cat, they must chase him off of their territory.

12...........................No warrior can ever ignore a kit in pain or danger.

13...........................The word of a Clan leader is also the Warrior Code.

14...........................An honorable cat does not kill in battle, unless the opposing cats are outside the Warrior Code, or if they have to kill in self-defense.

15...........................A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet.

SilverClan
About SilverClan: SilverClan is the home of the Clan's Warriors Ancestors. If you live by the Warrior Code and up hold all of it's teachings, you to will one day walk the skies as a Warrior of SilverClan. (This Clan is made of the SPIRITS of fallen Warriors. No one is allowed to be apart of this Clan.)

User Image
FlareClan

Clan Character: These cats are very cautious and concervative. They come off as being secretive, when it is just a very idependent streak. Living in a desert enviorment has giving these cats shorter fur that tends to be orange, white, or greys. Mainily nocturnal, these cats have excelent night vision.
Main Prey: Hawks, JackRabbits, and Mice
Hunting Skills: These cats have the remarble skill of jumping. They can jump higher than any other clan cats. The pads on their paws are also thicker then average, allowing them to live on the hard rocks of their desert home. They tend to sit and wait for prey to come to them or trick prey into a trap rather than stock or chase after it.

User Image
EdgeClan

Clan Character: The Cats of EdgeClan are clever and bold, and strike without fear. They tend to be very curious about NoTails and what lies beyond their border. They are also very proud and couragous warriors who leap before they think. Their pelts range from white, greys and blacks.
Main Prey: Mainly rabbits, stolen NoTail food
Hunting Skills:Fast, lean and swift, EdgeClan cats use their speed to catch rabbits. Because their source of prey is limited, EdgeClan cats are not above breaking the warrior code to swipe food from NoTails when they are least expecting it. (They do not consider themselves to be breaking the code because the food was not given to them; it was stolen).

TwinClan

Clan Character: The Cats of TwinClan are strong and true, believing in justice for all; willing to place their life on the line for their clanmates. Because of their diverse prey, they are the plumpest and sometimes the most mildest of the four Clan cats. Watch out if you try to steal their prey! Their fur colors range from shades of browns and greys.
Main Prey: Fish, mice, shrews and the occaional rabbit.
Hunting Skills: TwinClan cats can easily stalk their prey by staying downwind, slowly creeping throug the dense forest. They are also good at catching fish that swim through the river that passes though their territory. Their fur is sleek thanks to their fishy diet, and makes it easier for them to swim.

WoodClan

Clan Character: The Cats of WoodClan are couragous and strong warriors. Don't let their size fool you, they have the bigest claws of all the clans and are ready to use them on any enemy. They are also understanding, takeing everything in before taking an action. Their coats tend to be darker hues of browns, and blacks.
Main Prey: Squirlles, Lizards, Small Birds (ex: Blue Bird, Wood Peckers, ect.)
Hunting Skills: These cats are built to climb with musclers shoulders and longer then average claws. They also tend to be on the smaller side so that they can easily manuver round in the trees that they hunt in. Wood Clan cats hunt by climbing up the trunks of trees and either waiting for prey to jump to the ground for them to pounch on or stocking prey that lands on near by branches.
