In this battle and in others that may follow, you will be facing multiple "minor" enemies, such as multiple vampire spawn or ghouls. As the guild mule account for baddies, I'll be controlling all of them.

That being said, you should treat these enemies like actual players. This means NO GODMODDING OR INSTANT KILLS. In this guild, it is NOT assumed that you are an unstoppable juggernaut. Just because they aren't other players or bosses DOES NOT mean that you can cut through them like tissue paper. These are vampires, people, not cardboard cutouts of vampires!

In case I haven't drilled this deep enough into your skull, here are some examples of what to do and what not to do:

BAD EXAMPLE:
Quote:
Augustus lunges at a vampire horde, decapitating two of them with one slice of his sword. A third attempted to attack him from behind, but Augustus stabbed him through the belly and sliced him very nearly in half...

This is a bad example because the player instantly kills several enemies, completely disregarding the fact that the enemies are under my control. He makes the enemies act however he wants them to, taking control of them away from me. THIS IS GODMODDING!
Epic though it may be to have your character cut through vampires like splattery jell-o, it is against the rules.

GOOD EXAMPLE:
Quote:
Augustus lunges at a vampire to his left, rising up to strike a vital point, the vampire's head...

This is a good example because the player treats the vampire as though it is another player. It gives the vampire the chance to dodge or try to block rather than assuming that it just stands there like some kind of sharp-toothed crash test dummy.

For the most part, I will probably allow the enemies to be hit, but there are certain scenarios where it just wouldn't be likely. Remember: WE WILL NEVER TRY TO KILL YOUR CHARACTER. Come on, guys, have more faith in us than that.
