Should the guild have selected jobs given to the members, please make sure to vote on this, each vote counts, but i would see why u state that vote, in a week or so which ever the answer to u members u voted, i will talk it over with the other captains

well heres wat i had in mind
well its pretty simple, an organized category if u think about it
Captain surprised rganize and chek in with the vice captains as if its a report ya see, controls wats going on
Vice captain:Take orders for moderator panel such as sending requests and aceepting/declining requests, they tell lower members wat the captain wants to do
Next lower member::Help out on more simple tasks like new banners and pics, working in the forums such as getting ppl to post
Regular members: recrewt members like friends or go to towns and recrewt gaians, once u hav recrewted a gaian let a vice captain know, u could eventually be promoted
Ya see, not only does this give organization in the guild but it helps the guild

Guilds are like this inherently, the entire purpose of guild ranks is to delegate such responsibilities to different members.
The captain is the owner of the guild, and as such is automatically in charge of the other members and always has the final word.
Vice captains are responsible for monitoring guild finances (like purchases of new subforums and telling people to/stop donating), managing join requests, and monitoring the crew's activities and taking action on crew reports. Though they can do a crew member's job as well.
Crew is responsible for policing the guild. Moving misplaced threads, locking or deleting inappropriate topics, moving dead threads, watching for and reporting to VCs people that are breaking the rules, etc.
Regular members are responsible for being active and obeying the rules.
Everyone is responsible for recruiting.
Well, that's how I see it.
You can give certain members specific jobs, like monitoring only a particular subforum, or going to the CB to recruit, but permissions based roles are already very well structured.

Yes i will take that into consideration but until we decide if we have jobs, were not sure, once we find out if the guild members should have jobs, then were gona see what jobs each person should have

As guild leader, *cough cough*, I think we'll let the poll stand until the end of the week, around January 19th-ish. Then, if the vote is in favor of delegated jobs, we'll bring this topic into the Crew Area and further discuss this matter.

No, any "I don't care" votes are discarded, otherwise this is a clear attempt to rig the poll in your favor and a very deceptive and dishonorable act.

Well all that has helped me to understand the gist of it so my vote has been cast in favor, but i do think some tweaking is in order =)

well u look at it ppl saying i dont care is basicly saying that they wouldnt mind havin jobs, beside the owner of the guild PM's me saying im in charge while hes gone

Personally I don't think it's a good idea.... I mean I can't get on much and I would be letting the guild down if I had a job I had to do and I couldn't plus I would be sad cuz I let ya'll down... v.v but I mean if your able to get on all the tiem and stuff ya it's a great idea ^_^

Well ur not letting us down. If u have a problem because u cant get on a whole hell of alot then we can simply make a forum where you can report that u need a different job
