So what is your method of ghost hunting? Are you psychic? Do you rely only on hard evidence? Skeptic? Believer?

I consider myself a mix of both school. I pay attention to what I feel and sense, but I always try to back things up with hard evidence. When someone tells me the story of a haunting, I treat it with open minded skepticism. They may believe 100% in the things they've seen and heard, but maybe that voice came through the pipes from another room? Maybe it was their imagination, or a trick of the lighting. Debunking is huge. And I'm more likely to believe something from a scientific friend than a psychic one.
