Thunderbird
I know this legend well. I'm Anthony from Texas. People swear they still see the Thunderbird today. Last sighting was in 2003. 50 miles southwest of Dallas. An air polit says he saw what he beleives to be the Thunderbird flying right below him. It was as big as his two man plane. Some believe that the Thunderbird is an undiscovered evolution of a Vulture. For some say it has Vulture-like features in its claws and face. It is also believe that it lives along rivers, riverbeds, and the Coldrado river, but no one has ever found a nest of one or even one on a tree.

That is most likely because the Thunderbird may not lay eggs, it might give birth like humans do, I dont remember the name on the bird but there is one bird that gives birth instead of laying eggs.
