Story/Setting/what they are.
The story
Long ago a girl was born, noone knew what happened to her parents and she was left in foster care. She was given the name Lucy, and by all her peers she was called a freak, due to her horns. Her peers were cruel to her and after one final incident she killed them and ran away. Many years, many battles. Friends come and gone, she was captured, held in a facility with many other of her kind. she broke out and after many more fights and struggles found herself a home. But many others of her kind still remain in the facility some loyal to it and want nothing more to destroy lucy while others want to break free and live their own lives. There are still others that were born and continue to live out in the real world. But killing comes naturaly to this race, though many do what they can to avoid using their vectors to harm, and instead use them to help the humans. So what are you? a killer and a hunter or one trying to make your own way in the world?
What they are
The Diclonius are a species of evolved humans with two horns and vectors, transparent telekinetically controlled arms that have the power to manipulate and cut objects within their reach.
The humans some know of the diclonius existance others dont. The humans are normal, everyday people with jobs and school.
Setting/Time
Japan in modern time. busy streets and quiet nights.

Name: Lucy/Nyu

Race: Diclonius
Bio: Lucy has developed strong emotions of hatred and vengeance towards regular humans mainly because of how she was treated by the majority of them as a child, making fun of her horns and giving her insulting nicknames such as freak. She seems to lack empathy, kills without much concern, and acts somewhat sadistically; she sometimes shows remorse for her actions, especially towards Kohta.
Nyu has a childlike personality and infantile knowledge of the world, forgetting even that she is a Diclonius and how to use or manifest her vectors, leaving her as a human with horns. Nyu is innocent and incapable of violent acts, a foil to the normally cold and sadistic Lucy; she is the manifestation of her "good side". Whenever Nyu hits her head or when she is confronted with violence, she reverts to her sadistic side, Lucy. She is also in love with kohta
Other: her vectors range is 2 meters and there are 4 of them

Age: Looks 16 is actualy 6.
Race: Diclonius
Bio: Born and raised in the facility, she called a man named Kurama papa until he died with his real duaghter. Initaly she was sent by kurama to retrieve lucy but a fight occured that ended with her arms and legs cut off. Kurama game her new ones and told her to find a home. she was later accepted into the home of kohta and yuka and lived happily and peacefully there.
Other: her vector rane is a little longer than lucy's but has the same amount.

Bio: His father and sister were killed infront of him when he was 11 by lucy. part of him hates her for it but the other part of him loves the part of her he calles nyu. He can never forgive her for killing his family. He has a soft spot for girls in trouble and is extremely generous and protective to the girls around him. He lives with his cousin Yuka and three other girld nana, lucy/nyu, and mayu.

Bio: Yuka is Kohta's cousin. She is in love with Kohta and is therefore jealous of all the other girls in the house but thinks herself stupid for acting that way. Yuka does possess a caring and mature side, and seems to be protective of both Nyū and Mayu, Nana; however in quite a few ways, she is a typical teenager, particularly when it comes to dealing with her feelings for Kohta and friendships with the girls who come to live with them.

Bio: Mayu had run away from home after enduring repeated molestation by her stepfather. Her own mother would not protect her, because she was jealous of her. Kohta and Yuka contact her mother who seems eager to let her daughter stay with them; they are officially given custody over Mayu and she begins to go to school in their area.
