Here are the ceremonies for different events. All are found in the books.

Warrior Ceremony

Leader: Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join here beneath Highrock for a Clan meeting! I call upon my warrior ancestors to look down upon this apprentice. He/she has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend him/her to you as a warrior in his/her turn. (Apprentice Name) do you promise to follow the warrior code and defend this Clan, even at the cost of your life?"
Apprentice: I do.
Leader: Then by the powers of StarClan I give you your warrior name. (Apprentice Name), from this day forth you will be known as (New Warrior Name). (Clan Name) welcomes you as a full warrior.

*The clan usually commences into cheering of the new name; and congratulates the new warrior. The cat will need to stand silent vigal for the night and gaurd the camp.*

Name Change Ceremony

Leader: Spirits of StarClan, you know every cat by name. I ask you now to take away the name from the cat you see before you, for it no longer stands for what he/she is. By my authority as Clan leader, and with the approval of our warrior ancestors, I give this cat a new name. From this moment she/he will be known as (New Name).

*The clan usually commences into cheering of the new name. The cat will need to stand silent vigal for the night and gaurd the camp.*

Elder Ceremony

Leader: (Warrior), You say that the time has come for you to join the elders. Are you sure this is what you want?
Warrior: I am.
Leader: Then you will rely on apprenitces and younger warriors to bring you fresh-kill, and you are no longer able to go on patrol.

Leader Ceremony

The deputy sleeps at Moonstone. This is his/her dream. It will be at Fourtrees. The cats of StarClan surround him/her and the nine cats that will give him/her nine lives are closest. Intense feeling accompanies each life as it is given, whether it is pain or warmth. During ceremony, the new leader and the one giving a life might exchange a few words plus what they are required to say but only a few, usually a sentence or less. Sometimes it’s just a look on one’s face.

One voice of every cat the new leader has known: Welcome, (deputy’s name). Are you ready to receive your nine lives?

Deputy: Yes, I’m ready.

First cat approaches and touches noses. The contact is like the hottest fire and coldest ice but they can’t move.

First cat: With this life I give you courage. Use it well in defense of your Clan.
As this life is given, new leader feels the rush and pain of that cats life. First cat joins crowd again.

Second cat touches noses and says: With this life I give you justice. Use it well as you judge the actions of others.
As the life is given, the new leader feels rush of battles and hunting. Second cat joins crowd again.

Third cat touches noses and says: With this life I give you to what you know to be right. Use it well to guide your clan in times of trouble.
As this life is given, new leader feels the rush and pain of that cats life. Third cat joins crowd again.

Fourth cat touches noses and says: With this life I give you tireless energy. Use it well to carry out the duties of a leader.
As this life is given, the new leader feels as if s/he is sprinting without tiring and the joy of speed. Fourth cat joins crowd again.

Fifth cat touches noses and says: With this life I give you protection. Use ti well to care for your Clan as a mother cares for her kits.
As this life is given, the leader feels the ferocity of defending those weaker that a mother would feel.

Sixth cat touches noses and says: With this life I give you mentoring. Use it well to train the young cats of your Clan.
As this life is given, new leader feels the rush and pain of that cats life. Sixth cat joins crowd again.

Seventh cat touches noses and says: With this life I give you compassion. Use it well for the elders of your clan, and the sick, and all those weaker than you.
As this life is given, new leader feels the rush and pain of that cats life. Seventh cat joins crowd again.

Eighth cat touches noses and says: With this life I give you love. Use it well for all the cats in your care.
A this life is given, the new leader feels only the warmth and security of love. Eighth cat joins crowd again.

Ninth cat approaches and says: Welcome, (new leader’s name), (‘my apprentice, my daughter/son, etc.’ may be added here), my warrior and my deputy. I always knew you would be a great leader.

Previous Leader touches new leader’s nose. With this life I give you nobility and certainty and faith. Use it well as you lead your Clan in the ways of StarClan and the warrior code.
As this life is given, new leader feels the rush and pain of that cats life.

Previous Leader steps back, other eight cats step forward and new leader stands up.

Previous Leader: I hail you by your new name, (new name with ‘star’ in place of later half of new leader’s name). Your old life is no more. You have received the nine lives of a leader, and StarClan grants to you the guardian ship of (clan name). Defend it well; care for young and old, honor your ancestors and the traditions of the warrior code; live each life with pride and dignity.

StarClan cheers new leader’s name as if he/she is a new warrior.

Then a warning may be given or the dream may just end.

Leader's Death Ceremony

Med cat: (leader’s name) was a noble leader. Let us give thanks to StarClan for his/her life. he/she was dedicated to his/her Clan, and his/her memory will never fade from the forest. Now we commend his/her spirit to StarClan; may he/she watch over us in death as he/she always did in life.

Med. Cat Warrior Naming

Med. Cat Mentoor: I, (Med. Cat name), medicine cat of (clan name), call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. he/she has trained hard to understand the ways of a medicine cat, and with your help he/she will serve his/her clan for many moons. (med. cat apprentice name), do you promise to uphold the ways of a medicine cat, to stand apart from rivalry between clan and clan, and to protect all cats equally, even at the cost of you life?

Med. cat apprentice: I do.

Med. Cat Mentor: Then by the powers of StarClan I give you your true name as a medicine cat. (med. cat apprentice name), from this moment you will be known as (med. cat apprentice's new name). StarClan honors your courage and your faith.

Then med cat rest muzzle on new med. cat's head. Then new med. cat licks their mentor's shoulder. Other cats there call their name like a new warrior.
