Welcome to my Guild! My name is Jr Minty, your Captain. I welcome you as best as I can and wish that you will visit the guild as often as possible. I very much wish for the guild to become a very prosperous and populated place, despite the fact that it is Exclusive.

Anyway, before I go and say something stupid, being the time it is, I think it is appropriate that I explain the rules of the guild. They are quite simple, and I'm sure there will be no problem at all.

Rules

=> I am the Captain here, I therefore expect you to be following my rules.
=> My crew Members have the same power over the guild as I do. Under no circumstances will it be tolerated to disrespect a member of my crew.
=> GAIA has it's own set of rules. Please follow them as well.
=> One post a day isn't all that much to ask from the members of the guild, now is it? There will be a bi-weekly cleaning out of inactive persons.
=> Please respect the rules of each individual forum. This goes for individual topics as well. If the owner of a certain topic explains to you clearly that their topic is still under construction, Please respect this.
=> Please do not take the law of the guild into your own hands. Just PM me and I will deal with it as quickly as possible.
=> I don't mean to be so strict or serious as I have may have implied in the previous rules. I'm really fun to hang around with, actually. So don't be afraid, I don't bite, hard anyway.

We have a reasonable warning system put into place as well. We keep records of all the reports as well, so we may use them as evidence against you should we need to. We do report people who consistently pester or aggravate the members/crew. Should you behave inappropriately, or disobey any of the rules here for any reason, this is what may happen to you.

First time: Nothing serious, Just a warning. Please don't do it again!

Second time: Another Warning.

Third Time: Fine of 500 gold. You will be suspended until it is paid in full.

Fourth Time: Fine of 1000 gold. You will be suspended until it is paid in full.

Fifth time: You have caused to much trouble. You are expelled from the guild, will be placed on our Black List and will be reported by myself, the Vice Captain, the Crew, and any Members who feel they didn't like you all that much. ;D

01/25/09- Great! We're officially up and running. We've still got a ways to go, but I'm sure with a little work on my part, as well as yours, that we can get this guild flourishing within a week! What can you do? Create an RP, chat in the OOC, and visit as much as you can! Please just remember that if you're creating a RP, I expect you to be acive in it, as you would the guild. Don't ditch it.

Speaking of OOC, I'm going to have to add a couple things to that as well. If you're the type that likes having a separate OOC/Profiles thread for your RP, Please feel free to make one there!

Also...I am soon going to need a crew/VC/Secretary. Crew members are much more vital at the moment, as we go on I'll choose a suitable Vice Captain. If anyone thinks they have the patience to handle the Guild's funds, Contests, or help recruit new members, please tell me, you may be suited for a Secretary position, should you want it.

Anyways, I've been having some questions about the Guild's Invitation only policy. How is this going to become a infamous Guild if people are only randomly invited? Well, you see, I can't manage to see EVERYONE in Barton Town and decide who is literate or not. There's plenty of people I'm skipping, and I'm sure would be very valuable members of the guild given the chance. So therefore, there is sort of a loop-hole in the policy. I will be allowing requests to review a certain person's Role Playing style and etc..., should they wish to enter the guild. In other words, they send me a request, I review their Style and decide whether they fit the bill or not.

I will also be updating some of the Rules/Home Page a bit. I am very open to any suggestions as to what you might want to see or anything of the sort. Want to create a banner for the guild? Send one to me and it may or may not be accepted. Please don't get mad if it isn't though...

01/26/09- Hiya Again! I am extremely pleased with the way that the Guild is going. But there is still a lot of work that needs to be done, most of which is on my part. So I must ask the lot of you if you would be able to help me out a bit.

I am not in anyway, shape or form, happy with the guild banner. It was created by me, of course, and due to my horrid CG capabilities (which includes Paint and Microsoft Word), we are stuck with it until I can find something a bit better. If you could find/create me one, that would be awesome! (NOTE: The size must be 200x40)

If you have any literate friends that you think might want to join the guild, please don't hesitate to tell me about them! However, there is a chance that they don't fit the bill, so please don't get angry at me should I choose not to accept them :0

Also, you may have noticed the U/C forum in our SubForums list. Indeed, I am constructing another Forum, seeing as the Guild had enough money for one. I plan to make it a Crew Lounge, if any of you were wondering. ;P

01/27/09- Wow, these Announcements are quickly turning into a daily thing... I'll resolve not to do one tomorrow. If you see Minty, tell him not to write an Announcement, or he will forget ;P

Anyway, I thought I would just say that I am pleased with how everyone is becoming active in the Guild. I'll soon add a White List, I have some people I think deserve recognition for this and that. :3

First, Concerning new Role Plays: PLEASE DO NOT GIVE UP ON THEM! Advertise them in the Lobby if they aren't moving quick enough for you, some people don't look through all the SubForums. I will try to support everybody's Role Play as best as I can, but If I don't join yours, please don't hate me. There's lots of them for me to do. Hell, I'm not even finished one of the profiles that I reserved.

Next, we now have a GUILD BOT! ;3
What's a guild bot you say? Well, it is our official trading bot of which we use to buy prizes and artwork and other such things. The bot was created purely because of the lock Gaia put on the Guild Account. Through the Guild account, I can create new forums for us to use, but as far as I know, that's it.
So if you REALLY want to donate to the guild, please send a trade to 'Invite Bot', not me, not the crew, or anyone else. I will check the bot every three days, so if you have already donated, Please know that the trade might be sitting there for a while. Sorry! :0

And due to Minty's lack of creativity, I am open to suggestions as to what our first contest will be. It will probably be starting in the beginning of February, as I need to start saving up for a prize. It won't be worth horridly much, unfortunately, Minty lacks gold. (Maybe about 6-7k? Might be a bit more...)

Well, I'll stop referring to myself in third person now. Bai Bai for now! :3

01/24/09- Well I managed to not post an Announcement yesterday, despite my itching urge to say something. So I'm gonna say something now! :~D

I am going to try extremely hard to ensure that no one's RP dies, or doesn't get off the ground. I know that we are all extremely tired of that, so I'm gonna make it my first priority. So, I'm thinking of creating a RP owner's guide or something, and maybe an advertisement thread or something. If you want your thread to work, MAKE SURE YOU'RE TELLING PEOPLE ABOUT IT! How is anybody going to know that it exists if we never hear about it? Also, encourage people to go to the Role Play you're in, if you like it. If we all help each other, I'm sure we can eliminate the problem of dead threads once and for all.

If you feel that you've done everything, AS A LAST RESORT I can delete the thread for you. No one likes seeing abandoned Role Plays roaming around.

Second, yes, we are having a contest. What, I'm not sure yet. We recently got a sizable donation to our budget, so the prize may be worth a tad more than I predicted. (Go out and bow to Talon for me, he's so great :3)

And finally, I'm going to release my plan for the upcoming few weeks. It'll tell you when we're doing Member clean outs and all. Anyone without at least ONE post by Feb 2nd will be banned, unfortunately. So if you have any friends that haven't been very active, I suggest you warn them!

Feb 6th- Contest Starts today (subject to change)
Feb 7th- Contest thread opening (subject to change)
Feb 9th- Second Member Cleanout

So I don't have much planned. As for those wondering what the Contest Forum is, it's pretty much just a place where we will hold the Contest, where people will post their writing (if it's a writing contest, or whatever...) and vent about the contest in general. After each contest, I will once again lock it and Empty the Threads. :3

02/02/09- HAI GUYS! :3

Not much to say today, just a couple things:

First, the contest poll is closing tomorrow as soon as I get on from school, which will probably be around the time I'm writing this right now. PLEASE VOTE! I need to know what everyone wants to do. Thanks to my amazing marketing talents and Talon's generous donation, we have room for a few more prizes than I expected, so I'm really excited for our first contest.

Secondly, we have a couple new Forums: The Grape Vine, which is basically just another form of Chatterbox, and The Thread Advertisement Forum. In the Grape Vine, post whatever you wish, just like Chatterbox, so not much to explain there. As for the Thread Advertisement Forum, it's still U/C, so I won't open it for a bit now. As soon as we get a few more members, I'll open it to everyone.

Other than that, there's not much to say! Thanks for staying active with the guild guys! ^-^

It's been a while since the last Guild Announcement, huh? xD
Well, anyways, a few things to inform you on:

1) We need more people! So in order to get more people, we must have more crew members! Any volunteers? :3

2) The thread Advertisement SubForum is going a bit slow...Sorry. I'll get around to opening it soon x3

3) Our first contest is going to be moved up to February 13th. I have school to think about now, unfortunately, and I'm really hoping to do well this year. Anyway, in the mean time, I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE THAT HAS NOT VOTED IN THE NEW POLL TO DO SO!

4) Cleanout is tomorrow! Hope you all have posted at least twice, or you're getting booted :3 Just remember, Cleanout is every Monday.

5) TheCheesecakeBandit made us a new Banner! You guys like it? x3
He also made us another one, that you may see soon when I decide to change it because TekTek hates me x3

Sorry guys! Incredibly sorry, I haven't been on in forever, I've been on vacation for my parent's anniversary, and I forgot to mention it. So sorry.
