Since it was fireblazer's idea, I'll let him take over the assigning of jobs.

hehe thanks captain, well hi everyone im fireblazer13 or if you'd like u can call me eric well heres what ive came up with,looked at and took
Captain surprised rganize and chek in with the vice captains as if its a report ya see, controls wats going on
Vice captain:Take orders for moderator panel such as sending requests and aceepting/declining requests, they tell lower members wat the captain wants to do
Next lower member::Help out on more simple tasks like new banners and pics, working in the forums such as getting ppl to post
Regular members: recrewt members like friends or go to towns and recrewt gaians, once u hav recrewted a gaian let a vice captain know, u could eventually be promoted
it may seem confusing but you'll all get it, for what ive said above, if you have completed your job plz report to a vice captain or (possibly) report to the job completion forum that wil be coming, thnx all
