Yes, after looking at the picture thread, I felt it's about time we forgot the Oscars and brought over the Barely-Known Awards! I felt that we'd begin organization of it now, then arrange a date to cast votes, then bring over the awards around the time of the Academy Awards so we're all in the mood.
I have a lot of ideas for this. This can involve a lot of people if they wish to contribute. For example, you can photoshop or create a BK Award as well as find a suitable name for it - we've got Globes and Oscars, so what's this one called? Also, for those who wish to be presenters of the awards and have access to video, that's open, too. People who win awards can also vid their thank you speeches.
Now I want to make sure that every BKer gets a chance to get an award, if not actually get an award, and while I had some people in mind for categories, I wanted to give you all the opportunity to nominate your favorites. Yes, you can nominate yourself, but I think we all love each other enough to nominate each other. Also, while I have a huge list of categories, feel free to suggest your own so long as at least two people can be nominated for it. The list of probably categories are in the next post.

BK's biggest flirt is pretty obvious.
It's like putting that Hulk film from, like, 2003, against The Wrestler and making them the only two nominations for "best film" award - there's a tiny outside chance the obvious one won't win, but it probably won't.
