Her room seems just like the outdoors for Rylee loves being outside and just adores the outdoors!

History:
She has always been "holy" as long as she could remember. Regan was born a full-fledged angel and is pretty proud of her race and her accomplishments. Though something that she always laughs at is human's stupidity of hailing to the angels.
"We seem 'holy' alright..." She said, "But it's not all it seems. Many of us are arrogant, selfish, and robots. Did I mention disgusting too?"
Regan was always one of the better ones though, so she believed, and never acted like the other pitiful angels that she knew that were just so... ignorant. But in a sense, they were all robots- every llast one of them. They followed God's rules and obeyed him and him only. They each had individual rankings and such, but in a sense they were all just the same.
But Regan knew better, or so she hoped. She didn't want to be a robot and only follow orders and given orders. From what she observed down on Earth, there were many humans who didn't follow orders. Heck, it wasn't only humans either! The elves, the demons, the vampires, the lycans, and the dark angels. So she wanted to find out more.
And before she knew it...
She had left Heaven and flew down upon the rigid earth, in hope to find the difference between everyone and their emotions. To see why God ordered the angels around without thinking sometimes and why they all seemed like robots.
Regan wanted to make her own choices for once- to fall in love, to make friends, to face hardships in this wonderful life...
She wanted it all.
Personality:
Regan goes by Regan, Rylee, or Otelia- but most commonly Rylee.
In the human world, people only really knew her as Rylee Ikusawa. Only in Heaven, and certain people, knew her real name as Regan Otelia Akkuzantos.
Anyways, Regan is a go-friendly person with a high self-esteem and ego. She loves about anything and everything there is about Earth and what it contains. She seems to befriend just about everyone she meets- even if they've only talked once.
Regan is also very dedicated and will do anything for whom she calls 'friend'.
Though nice and kind and gentle, Regan also is hot-tempered and short-tempered. She likes to tease people sometimes about a secret she knows about them or something. Regan also likes to help others out, but that sounds a bit corny and like she's such a perfection of God's creation. And as much as she hates to admit things, she's very stubborn. When she sets her mind to something, she's determined to reach that goal. Did I mention that she is very determined? Well, yes she is.
She's also got a glasses-fetish and pudding-fetish.

Alice knocked on the door and looked at the room. "Wow you have such a cool room! I wish I knew how to construct a room like that...my room is full of plants and stuff. But it's still cool...but your room is awesome! I have never seen something quite like it!" she paused. "I'm Alice by the way."

Rylee looked at the girl who kind of just popped out of no where. A bit startled, but not amused, she walked over and put her hand up in the air, waving it a little bit.
"Well hey!" she smiled. "Thanks for the compliment about my room! I love interior design. And even though this is just a dorm, it has to be personalized!" Rylee laughed and smiled.
She paused for a slight second before taking a step closer and putting her hand out for a shake. "I'm Rylee Ikusawa."
