Why is it that everytime I see a cute girl in a car going by, regardless to how long I've noticed she was there, the minute she sees me, she hides her face?
Why does she do that? She's not scared Is she?

I dont think so. Rather, it simply sounds like shyness. You gotta admit, wouldnt you be a bit embarassed to know that someone has been watching you sitting in your car? I think its just a natural reaction, and its nothing to worry about. Its happened to me too.
